It was a pleasure to work with Mike and the crew. Before ground was broken Mike listened to my expectations and saw my vision.  <br /> He came back with detailed sketches and ideas for the construct that I absolutely loved! <br /> As the project progressed, if I felt that any adjustments or changes needed to be made, it was never an issue in getting  <br /> resolution to my satisfaction. <br /> I especially liked the fact that the contract had a timeline spelling out exactly what was to be completed, when and the amount due for each step along the way. <br /> The crew was reliable and did professional work. <br /> Mike truly takes pride in his Company's work and customer satisfaction. He even helped me out in resolving a problem I was having with a local roofing contractor. <br /> I now have a beautiful 4 Season room that I have gotten many compliments on!! <br /> I would definitely recommend Nu-Face of Pa for your home project. <br />

I have been looking forward to having a new bathroom for a long time but this is a nightmare. Nothing that they did turned out right. The job took two weeks (because he showed up at 11 and only stayed until 4 most days) and at the end the bathroom was worse than when they started the work. The drawers don't close, the grouting is horrible, the vanity top comes out from against the wall at an angle instead of sitting flush, there's paint on the brand new light fixture and the crown molding was removed and reinstalled in the worst possible way. The list goes on and on and I'm worried that there's more going wrong that I can't see behind the scenes.

"The project is outside our normal boundary of operation, we aren't supposed to have our services marketed in this area and is a good distance from our normal service area, a complete void in communication with our marketing allowed our services to be marketed outside our normal service area. Our installation techs did arrive a bit late each day, we did not like this for the homeowner. We are grateful for the original patience and understanding the homeowner showed when we discussed the distance and such, we understand it can be frustrating for a project to run long and we certainly see the homeowners view on this and apologize. No one takes a reputation grade any more seriously than we do at this company, our focus when dealing with a customer is making sure that the project is done right and that our customers are satisfied. We will do the right thing for every client every time. No matter the situation or the issue, even in matters where we are not at fault (within reason) we work with our clients to make sure they are happy with our workmanship, or understand what needs to be done. We do everything in our power to address the delicate matters of perception and match them with reality. If our customer has a legitimate material complaint or workmanship issue we address those speedily and without question. In responding to this customers complaint we offer the following but more importantly extend once again the want and offer to look at the project to ensure the items that were on the final punchlist created by the inspection held with owner were or were not addressed and if any issues exist that are not caused by issues outside the control of our company we will fix. The delicate matter in this customer service issue is that what is known about this project is some of the issues within post are not issues brought up during the punchlist inspection, or are not caused by workmanship or materials installed within this home, they are preexisting conditions within the home. We will gladly review, inspect, listen, and repair any default in our workmanship or any material installed that has defective parts or operation. We reached out prior to any knowledge of displeasure with the client to have a meeting to review the work and never heard from the client until we were made aware of this post, we would like to see the matters that are being spoken of and in some cases address the matter again. We respect our customers opinions and we do not want any customers unhappy with our workmanship or quality of product, any items that are legitimate service issues or complaints are addressed with all of our customers and any work that needs to be corrected, which are caused by faulty workmanship or improper installation will be addressed with any of our clients. We reserve opinion in matters such as this in order to look at the project and see if there is indeed any workmanship issues that need to be addressed. As with any situation if the issues being claimed are legitimate issues of workmanship and not issues caused by preexisting conditions that the correction for the work is far outside the scope of work in agreement we correct the deficiency, we handle and address service related issues with every client. We still await the client returning our call so we can address the concerns written in this post. We work diligently to not have even one client unhappy with our work. In this matter and in all matters of business with our company any client or potential client can be 100% confident we will do the right thing for our client."

Upfront about everything. Crew was great. Polite, friendly, and diligent. Kept in communication after to make sure we were happy with the work. Followed up to take care of odds and ends. Very happy with the bathroom and will definitely give them a call when we look at redoing our kitchen.

We had our basement remodeled from the "hey the 70"s called wants your style back" to a modern, comfortable space that is exactly what we wanted. We didnt make any real changes to the rooms so it was just a reinvention. Have to say that when we heard the ideas for the basement we really knew this company is very experienced. Quite impressed with the attention to saving us where we could and spending where we had to, made us comfortable enough to tackle the kitchen, I was not thinking re-facing, we just had no idea really what the process was, to be honest. We got so much more by going on the Nu-Face recommendation, new backsplash, new floor, new countertops. I am truly happy, these are the things that seem so simple but really make the biggest difference, they made sure all walk ways and areas of the home they were working in or had to go through to get to an area to work in were protected and they cleaned up everyday no mess just cause its a "work site", they showed up everyday and worked, they followed the "production schedule". We had our basement reinvented (they called it that and it helped us, it was explained to me less than a remodel, more than a makeover), we our hall bathroom remodeled and our kitchen re-faced/remodeled. With one company, they became family in ways but sorry guys like family its ok your arent here every-day. Not our first time remodeling but it was truly the best experience. We felt price was very good, quality of products and workmanship very good.
