The concrete work on my driveway and sidewalk was executed in a very professional manner. The results were all I could hope for. Dealing with Navi was a pleasure as he was honest and provided useful information.

So far so good.

This contractor does not know how to pour an ADA compliant sidewalk. It is cracking at the transition point because it is not level with the alley it joins. The trash can pad also is too small. It was supposed to be 6’x 6’ and it not level at all. He sent his sons to install pavers next to the sidewalk before I realized there was any problem with the sidewalk. They did not pour a base in this sandy Florida soil. Some of them are moving and I am told from other professionals they will sink and/or move within a year. After Home Advisor called him, he called me back saying he didn’t know what to do. Subsequently, he answered one call and first told me he was finished with this job because “that’s the way it is and I have to live with it.” Near the end of the conversation, he said he would come back to look at the job, but he never did. That was more than a month ago and there has been no response any form of communication. It is going to cost nearly as much or perhaps as much to fix the transition point, enlarge the trash can pad and remove the pavers and start over as I paid him. My advice is stay away from this company.

When I began shopping around for contractors, Navi did not answer on the first call but immediately called me back. This was my first time with a project like this and he explained everything very thoroughly to me. My plan was to have this patio done just after the holiday as my family was leaving town in the next few days. The day I first spoke to him was a Tuesday. I gave him the go ahead on Wednesday. The ground was prepared on Thursday and the job was completed on Friday. Very professional work and a nice guy. Very easy to communicate with. He texted me pictures as he was working to be sure I was happy with the progress. Contract was simple and price was fair. I have a few more projects planned for the upcoming year and I will be calling him again for his services.

The whole process from hiring Nu Construction to completion of the work was very professional and timely. I would definitely hire this company again!

Absolutely a joy to work with. What I wanted done was done perfectly. And I plan on hiring Navi and him family again for more work to be done on my property.

They did everything that they promised, I'm extremely impressed with the company, it's a family owned company and very polite works.

Navi and his sons came out and in two days demolished the existing concrete, excavated the site, set the forms, and laid the concrete. The total amount of concrete was about 8.5 yards. Very happy.
