Deck, Fence, Patio or Porch Clean and Seal,
About us
Every square inch of your property is an investment. In order to protect that investment, you need to keep things clean. The exterior surfaces on your property, like your homes siding, driveway, and roof, are all exposed to dirt and grime. These surfaces are not easily cleaned with standard household cleaning equipment like mops or sponges. The best way to clean them is with pressure washing. Local Family Pressure Washing offers pressure washing services in Missouri. Learn more about our pressure washing services.

Shelby did a great job communicating before, during, and after the project. She was thorough and detailed and we are very pleased with the deck staining project she completed for us.

Local Family provided a quality experience for my pressure washing needs. The initial response was very quick and an onsite estimate was provided within days. The job was scheduled and completed within a week after and at the pricing initially agreed to. All around, a great experience. I would definitely hire again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

They were extremely kind and helpful in working with me as I navigated trying to restore and repair the deck on my parents' house that I had inherited. Not only were they very communicative, but were prompt and showed up when they said they would (which was very appreciative as someone with a busy schedule). The quality of work and professionalism was top tier, and my brother and I are very pleased with the outcome of the project and how our 20+ year old deck now looks relatively new. Costs were upfront and there were no hidden charges or fees upon completion. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for power washing and deck resealing/minor repair, and would definitely use them again for any powerwashing needs.
