About us

Fehl Safe Plumbing, Septic & Water Systems has solved Florida's plumbing and water problems since 1994. What began as a family-owned water systems company in Bradenton has grown into a full-service plumbing, water, wastewater, and environmental contractor with 19 full-time employees, serving residential, commercial, municipal, and industrial clients alike. We handle the everyday work — plumbing, septic, well and water treatment — plus specialty jobs most companies can't touch: video pipe inspection, well pump installation and repair, hydroexcavation, vacuum and jetting services, and underground utility work. 24/7 emergency service available. We serve homeowners from North Charlotte County to South Hillsborough, inland through Hardee and DeSoto County, with commercial and industrial clients calling us in from up to 250 miles away for specialty work. Licensed FL plumbing contractor #CFC1434369. No-nonsense, no runaround — just the job done right.

You've got to hire this well & plumbing service! Top quality pumps & products. Responsive service, fair prices, and they give veterans a 10% discount. That sold this veteran! Saved me over $100.00.

I call Property Sevice after multiple calls to other companies. Dave Hillard was articulate, commumicated in a crisp knowledgable manner, wrote down what he was going to do, and executed the work flawlessly. He was in and out and in the exact time frame that he said he would be. The work was reviewed by me the next week and it is top quality. Many folks get a bit sloppy assembling the PVC piping and the connections are sloppy with glue and pipe cleaner. 1 Call's work was very clean. Due to my circumstances of being out of town at the time Dave and I had to work via call's, text and email. Dave gave me detailed explainations of the work, work in progress when the work was done. If you want someone who is smart, polite, fair, communicates well, gets the work done without issues, then hire 1 Call Property Service. They are now my goto company.

David called me less than 30 minutes after I posted my request for assistance. He asked what I needed and listened when I explained what we had done and that we still didnt have water. He told me what the problem most likely was and said if that was the problem what it would cost. I called him the next morning and they were there early morning. He replaced the submersible pump and resolved the problem. Great job and great customer service.
