Actual work performed was good. The customer service in regards to an over payment was very poor. I had to repeatedly call to get follow up action. I would never use again.

The crew worked steadily until completion and took extra steps to complete job satisfactorily.

It was fine.  They did a good job.  They were good, reliable and a nice service.  It took about a week or so to get in to get out carpet clean.  The worker was good.

The guy who came was friendly and professional, did a great job! I would definitely hire them again!

They did excellent jobs on upstairs carpet, however there are a small area in downstairs that the technician missed. Soon after I called back, the technician revisit it, all areas got very clean!

left messages that were not answered. left emails that were not answered. Finally contacted Angie's List for assistance. After finally getting a response, on the day they were scheduled to arrive they did not show. Called because we were told they would be here between 8 and noon. At 11:50 Husband called to see where they were. Told they would get back to us. No response for another hour, husband called two more times. Finally received a call that the crew was not in this area today and they needed to reschedule for the following week. We declined to have them perform carpet cleaning on our home.

1. MY INITIAL COMMUNICATION. I purchased a deal/coupon in order to get a sofa, loveseat and chair cleaned. Deal was for 2 pieces; I indicated that I would pay directly for the rest. I provided my available dates through Angie's List request form along with 3 methods of contacting me plus the address. I waited 5 days. No one contacted me via phone, text, email or Angie's List message center. 2. MY SECOND COMMUNICATION. So I called and spoke to someone who said they would be out the next day. But that they would call back within the hour to confirm that. I provided all my contact and address info again. No one called with the hour, the day, or the weekend. or the following week. 3. MY THIRD COMMUNICATION. I sent them an email directly to their email address. It has now been several additional days and, you guessed it, no response. This does not seem to actually be a real company. I have subsequently called, scheduled, and had service completed by an real company, all in a matter of 72 hours. Scene Clean was responsive, communicated well along the way, and was a delight to have here doing the upholstery cleaning. And they did a very good job of it.

I was really impressed with the service that I received. I contacted Number One Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning to have my carpets cleaned since  I was moving. They immediately answered the phone and scheduled my appointment. I didn't have a lot of furniture left in my home. But, it was nice to hear that I didn't have to worry about moving anything out of the way. On the day of service I was very pleased that they arrived on time with a pleasant smile. They gave me an overview of the service that I would receive. And began working immediately. They didn't take any breaks or ask for water like some of these guys would do. They were very professional in my home. My carpet looks brand new! I will definitely refer my famil and friends to Number One Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning!! Thank You
