Paid for a deal. Unfortunately I became ill and had to cancel my appointment. Then after numerous messages on angies list and ohone call messages and non return phones calls it was never honored. I asked for a refund on the voicemail and nothing. My home in Ohio was sold in February. Though the owner seemed very helpful Im not sure what happened.

<p>I use them once a month and I got them off Angie's List. She is great. Like any company it varies a little bit by who comes, but I specify that the owner is always here so she is and she is awesome. Some of the people that come with her don't do quite as well as she does. Saundra is an excellent cleaner. Overall they are good. They are usually late, but she lets me know. </p>

Showed up on time and really cleaned it well. The only complaint was that the cleaner they used in the bathrooms had an unpleasant smell (but is worked well).

Chandra and her son were scheduled to come out at 3:00 pm but arrived closer to 3:30, understandable because they are from the other side of town, a problem because I had a limited timeframe to work in, which I noted early on as 6 pm and they left promptly. Chandra and I discussed a price, and I asked if I should go online to get the coupon at Angie's list. She said no, she would give me a great price and work really hard to get done what I needed. I asked her to tell me what exactly they'd do and she really oversold what they were able to do in the time available. I'm still finding cobwebs around the house, the kitchen floor was sticky (she said she'd rinse it later), I can feel softscrub cleanser on the bathroom shower enclosure and areas in the dining room or other rooms that weren't swept or even touched. But best of all she charged me $100.00 more than in the Angie's coupon that was available and didn't take care of all the items noted in the coupon. I'll admit the house is a challenge, no deep cleaning in almost 18 years, but I expected them to do what they said they'd do for a reasonable price. I've never had any one come in to clean before and don't think I will again.

"[Member Name Removed], you should have disclosed the fact that you had just been treated for bed bugs and that there had been NO cleaning done in this home for 18 years before we had entered this place! We in fact had to throw away vacuum, brooms, mop heads, etc. anything and everything that we had brought into this place. You did tell me that you had a hoarder living there for 18 years, however you didn't even begin to touch on the issues surrounding this property. I will not go into anymore details so as not to embarrass you however I hope if you do ever call anyone out to your house that you give them the courtesy of the truth before they enter this place!! I hope you do reach out to someone for help and maybe even call that hoarders show as I have never seen anything like your place in my life, not even on this show!! I wish you lots of luck and hope you get help. Maybe even reach out to a church as I know they help sometimes. I'm being serious. Please consider maybe help from your community resources or church. Chandra and her team are the best! They really go above and beyond every time they come to my house. I have been with them for several months and haven't looked back. I was recovering from surgery, actually two surgeries and they ran some errands for me, on top of cleaning the house, while I was healing up. They are rock stars in my book. A+++

Because of a cancellation, they were able to come clean our house the day after I called them. They were running late from a morning job, but emailed, then called telling me what time they would arrive. It was a mother and son duo. Very pleasant, very hard working and did an excellent job of cleaning our house. I asked her to vacuum three times over entries to rooms and she was fine with that. I told Chandra I didn't want her to use stiffer dusters, but rather dusting spray on the furniture and windex on the accessories and they were fine with that too.

The team was efficient, friendly, responsive, worked very quickly and performed the work well. We also discussed some future organizing projects so they are amenable to customizing service to the client's needs. I would use them again and recommend them.

I wasn't completely satisfied. They did okay. They cleaned certain areas very well and I don't think the other areas were cleaned as thorough as the other job. I have bathrooms upstairs and they didn't clean it very well. They spent a lot of time cleaning the kitchen and making sure that was done properly. It was a good price. They were responsive. I don't recall their punctuality being an issue. Their professionalism was fine.

missed dusting many spots; one girl talked on the phone the whole time she <br /> was supposed to be cleaning; acted like they didn't really want to be <br /> there. should have cleaned for 6 hours but shorted us 1.5 hours. no <br /> windows were done. they had no way of cleaning the high shelves in the <br /> rooms with cathedral ceilings. <br />

"I am sorry you paid for 6 hours which means when 3 girls show up they stay 2 hours. As I explained over the phone before we ever arrived. Yes, we do not have the supplies to clean your cathedral ceilings or cathedral windows, also as explained over the phone before we arrived. We are house cleaners we clean ceiling fans and door frames etc, not window washers especially when they are cathedral ceilings! Please check into window washers next time. As for the girl running the sweeper she does wear her ear buds listening to her lessons while sweeping as she is currently finishing her physicians assistant and we don't waste time conversing when working as we are usually in opposite rooms anyway.
