It went really well. They fixed my mower and it works really well. I dropped it off and it was done the next day. I would use them again.

Personable people with excellent service. All services were done as promised. I took my chainsaw at a later date because it would not start. Nuts and Bolts guy got it started without any repairs. Called and said no charge. Great, honest service . <br />

My experience was good. I dropped off the lawn mower at their shop and I received it back in a timely manner. They were very helpful getting it in and out of my car and everyone there is very nice. It runs and looks so much better.

We have been there a couple of times, but it is not in our area, so we don't shop there. There is no problem with the company, it is just not convenient.

I like them just fine. They are one of two that I go to. They have a pretty good selection of everything. Their customer service is fine. I've never had any problems. They are helpful. I got waited on if I needed to be waited on.

I was there a few times, and I like their selection and their prices. There is another hardware store that is closer to my house, and they were a long drive, but they had all the stuff that I needed. If I needed some specialized stuff, I would definitely use them again.

We have been using them since they opened. They seem to have quite a selection, and their service was always good. The people there always knew what they were doing. Their price is reasonable. The quality has always been good. One time we went in, and we were looking for a certain item, and we couldn't find it, and they took us right to it.

Was looking for some non standard bolts for outdoor lawn furniture. Manager recommended stainless steel parts in the correct size. Repair was a complete success. Always get good advice and hardware at Nuts and Bolts Hardware.
