Neil is super nice and was super informative the whole way. He was very straight forward and very honest. If I had to have some major work done I would definitely give him some major thought. He pointed out that my chimney would need a rebuild in the future. He tentatively offered me a price that was basically half the cost of the other estimates. I can see that he really makes an effort to keep customers happy and that he has the experience and do good quality work. There are just so many contractors out there these days that it’s mind boggling but this guy has been great and I will be keeping him in mind for future projects and definitely refer him to anyone that needs a contractor.

"Due to the steep pitch which I brought to her attention We repaired what we could reach on the roof and the homeowner had no cap other than the ones we found on the ground. She was completely fine with me doing the roof tuneup while she was at work. There was a total of 10 cap missing & we installed 5 & caulked & sealed the hip. We also caulked several exposed nails. I offered to come back & do further repairs at additional reasonable cost but responded back. Our goal is to make our customers satisfied."

I just want to express my sincere gratitude for the professional kitchen remodeling work that I had performed by NWL Construction. I was so impressed with the intricate detail of the workmanship, the beautifully finished look of the project and the fact that the work was completed in a timely fashion. Additionally, I had a $15,000 dollar budget that had to be kept. Many offers were considerably higher. I needed to have a header installed, plus new cabinets, counter top, breakfast nook, flooring, lighting and some plumbing. I wouldn't hesitate to rehire NWL Construction for any future projects.

NWL provided fantastic service under trying conditions (6 grandkids had moved in a day earlier) worked round all obstacles.  Made requested repairs and enhanced project with suggestions that improved and kept project within budget.  Would recommend highly based on my experience with this company.  Went the extra mile to please.

Took about a day and a half total on job. Faster than the several days it took the previous company 15 years ago. Lower marks were due to a slight delay in the original back and back forth and I hate to give anyone a perfect grade on just one contract. Job was overseen by NWL Construction of Niagara Falls, NY Kept place reasonably clean while working. Roof vents were a change order. Sal promised and he delivered. Others didn't even call back - do they have too much to do? Other estimates were 1000-2000+ higher.
