NWWW did a great job - we have over 120 large windows (inside and out) and it took two people less than 7 hours. They were very careful and did a beautiful job. I have shared their information with several others and plan to use them at my house.

I believe they did a good job, but since I am unable to look in th gutters, I really do not know. I feel it was rather pricey for what was done.

I was assured the roof would be washed and the gutters cleaned in a rental I have in Bonney Lake and the renter told me they removed a couple of patches of moss in the roof valley and blew the gutters out and left behind the debris for them to clean up and throw away. Not very happy and feel taken advantage of at this point since I already paid for the service.

"I am sorry that Michael feels this way, this was never our intent. However, our company does not wash roofs ever. We would never have told him that we wash roofs. I believe he got us confused with a different company he spoke with through ServiceMagic. We get on the roof and brush off all of the moss by hand then we take a leaf blower and blow off any moss left behind. We then clean out the gutters put down a moss prevention treatment and finally we clean up around the surrounding area anywhere moss might have fallen while we were cleaning. Pressure washing roofs is a huge insurance liability and can void your homeowner's insurance."
