DO NOT HIRE NYC NEW CONTRACTORS!!! When we first started Joel Suarez “OWNER” was very accommodating. As we proceeded with the project his attitude changed drastically. I paid Joel $4700.00 to purchase and install a heating and Air unit for my elder “77 and 80yrs old” parents”same project” which he never delivered. At first I thought, because the project was in its early stages the delivery of the unit would arrive later in the project that never happened. I also paid him to do a patio for my parents $6500.00, which he never completed. The overall project came to a standstill. I talked to the workers on the project, they informed me they were not getting paid. I decided to pay the workers myself so they Can complete my project. I had to purchase materials which were included on our contract. I have not seen this guy “Joel Suarez” he disappeared and left his workers and the project incomplete. I STRONG SUGGEST. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY JOEL SUAREZ, HE IS A F**KING CROOK” Update: DO NO HIRE JOEL SUAREZ, 747 third Ave is a false address “DO NOT BELIEVE HIM” HE is a thief...he STOLE thousands of dollars from me and never delivered, then disappeared, never to be seen of heard from again. Do not hire him NYC NEW CONSTRUCTION He never completed the job we had a contract to complete. I had to pay his workers near the completion of the job, because he was not paying his guys.

5 STARS!!! I am so happy with the work that NYC Nu contractors inc performed on my condo. This was my first renovation project in Manhattan and had no former experience at all. Joel the Project Contractor walked me through the entire process from A to Z and was super flexible with making sure we kept to budget. Joel was great at communicating and was super diligent with giving project updates. I am hiring Joel for all future projects and am already recommending him to family and friends.
