His services are disgraceful since he never fix the fridge even though he charged me a lot of money, his job is messy, he reschedule but then never showed up to the appointment, and when I called him he hung up on me, he is rude and unprofessional.

This company is focused on just taking your money not fixing your appliance. The technician looked at my fridge for 30 seconds made a recommendation I took his word for it spent $325 and my fridge is still broken with no recourse.
