David was very professional and very good at his work. I contacted him because my fridge was not working and he was in my house within one hour on a Thanksgiving Sunday night. Excellent worker and would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Very well. Difficult job. Entire system had shut down. Multiple reasons. David was fabulous in figuring out the various issues, which parts were warenteed, recalled etc. Time consuming, and a few set backs, but David will get the job done!

David went above and beyond to help fix my furnace on a Sunday morning. I cannot thank him enough. Highly recommend!

I just moved into a new place at the start of the summer and the A/Cs weren't working. Found NY Refrigeration & Air Conditioning through Fujitsu's website as I wanted someone who was qualified to work on these machines. David was very responsive and was able to come within the hour. He evaluated the problem and explained everything clearly. We scheduled him to come back to complete all the work that needed to be done and everything is great! Will definitely go here again for any A/C stuff I need, David really knows what he's doing when it comes to these units, unlike the person who installed them.

He did a tremendous job. We called him and he came and cleaned it and it worked the rest of the summer. He was phenomenal, he was really good. He cleaned and reconditioned the system, and got it back up and running. He brought it back to life. He would defiantly get an A. He was very very very meticulous. He made sure everything was taken care of. He reran it, and called the next day to follow up. He really went above and beyond, and it was an older system that he was working on. He came the same day that we called him. He did have to come back the next couple days, it was the height of the season, but that happens. He was very professional. We loved him he is great. We are going to use him again, we plan on calling him at the end of this month. It took 2 days, and that was because he needed parts. He came and did some stuff, and then he came back and replaced the parts. Most of it was cleaning and conditioning the system. He claimed that the other company that came and did it they only cleaned partially. They only did the upstairs section they didn't do the outside section. He showed me, it was filthy. He said they told you they cleaned it but they didn't. He cleaned everything up.
