Indoor Air Quality Testing, Commercial Toxicity and Mold Removal, Commercial Mold & Toxic Material Test,

About us

Our Inspector starts with a thorough mold inspection of your property. They will note signs of previous moisture, potential mold growth, and areas with a potential for future mold growth. A mold assessment is then done if appropriate. We locate the source and location of the mold. This includes moisture and 'food' sources that enable the mold spores to flourish. We then make a work plan approved by NYS for your hired remediation contractor to rid your home of the problem.
