Chris did an outstanding job with changing the filters on my R/O system and also recommending the necessary steps to take to make it run better. Also since my system is running old, he also gave me a really decent quote on a new one next year. Would do business with 02h again

Chris knew what he was doing and explained. Tank's bladder was breeched internally. He showed me a valve on the tank that when initiated bled water instead of air. He indicated I needed a new tank, He will return to install. He clearly showed competence. He spoke well and listened well. I would recommend.

We recently moved into the home and gave us great tips on how to service our current water filtration system. They also had contacted me prior to install for a picture of our current faucet to match to the new system. We were thoroughly impressed and very satisfied with the job. I did pay extra because I had a granite countertop and that does put them at higher liability with drilling.

Service went great! They arrived on time and completed the task in a timely manner. Not only did they change the RO filters, but they looked over our water softener system and gave us some tips to keep it running in top notch condition as well. We will definitely call them the next time our filters need to be changed and if our water softener needs service!

They were a bit difficult to contact and set an appointment, but based on their great reviews, I set an appointment. <br /> He showed up on time and showed me how the system works as he tested and replaced all the filters and valves. He was thorough and explained things well. I would not hesitate to use them again. <br /> <br />
