Honest, trustworthy, and quick. My AC unit wasn’t able to keep up with the heat. Michael came out an hour after I put in the request, ran a few tests, and had it fixed in 30 minutes. He was very honest every step of the way and didn’t attempt to sell me a service or repair that I didn’t need.

Amazing - Brad called me in the morning and then I called him back. He came over same day, sent photos of the exact issue, and fixed the problem within 30 minutes! House went from cold to heat working in just minutes. Could not have been happier with the service and 100% will call them again if I run into any heating/cooling issues in our house!

Brad arrived within a few hours, diagnosed the problem, got the system back up in running within 20 minutes and wrote me a very reasonable estimate for a full system replacement. We will keep our system for now but when we replace it, we will definitely be calling the good folks at O2 Kool!

When I called them four years ago, they came out quickly and replaced my a/c unit and I thought they had done a good job. But two years later, I was already having issues and they could care less. Came out a day or so after I called, but I had to wait over a week for the parts they needed. They never returned phone calls. Eventually got one part replaced but never did come back to fix the second issue. Same issue this year. I called them last Tues. 8/6, but they didn't come out until the next day and did not call before coming out. Said they would have to order the necessary parts and it would take 3-5 days. Ten days later they still do not have it and have no idea when they will. I called another service provider and they were here within an hour. I now have A/C again after 10 very hot days. I would NEVER do business with them again.

Brad and Sway did an amazing job cleaning my AC drip line. They came out the same day I called their company and got the job done quickly. The ac unit would not run until the plug was removed. I have used them before and will use them again in the future.

Brad called within a minute or two of the quote request. He said he'd be in the area within an hour or two. Came by and cleared the drain in about 10 minutes. I had tried to fix it myself and he helped me understand the extra step that was needed due to where the clog was. He also offered to put in a float switch at a very reasonable price to avoid my garage getting flooded next time, but there was zero upsell pressure for that. Will definitely call 02 Kool next time I have any issues!

My AC wasn't working and was leaking everywhere. When I requested the quote I got a call back within 2 minutes. They were able to come out the next day and fix everything for a reasonable price. Brad was very professional and kind! My AC drain was backed up, it was unclogged in about 5-10 mins.

In the middle of a record heat wave my AC broke. AC repair companies have been very busy, but 02 Kool assured me they would make it out to me the same day, and did. Tech fixed my AC and had it cooling in a half hour. I can sleep at night thanks to 02 Kool.

My AC failed in the middle of the night. Next day was going be hell for me and my dogs. 105F. I placed the request to Angie and O2 called me a little after 8 am. Already on the way!

Very nice young man. Fixed the problem quickly. Was quick, professional, explained what was wrong and how he fixed it. Showed us the part he replaced. Would definitely use him again and recommend him and Angi.

Brad did an excellent job repairing our AC. He responded quickly to my call for help. When he arrived he was very polite and professional. He assessed the problem quickly and told me what he thought the problem was. Brad was very honest about the fact that my unit may still be under warranty with the company I purchased it from and that it would be less expensive for me to have that company repair or replace my unit. As the trouble shooting continued, Brad discovered there was a blockage in the drain pipe which was causing the problem, a much less expensive problem than what he originally thought. He blew out the drain pipe FREE OF CHARGE!! My AC is now working like a charm. I was so impressed with his honesty, his skill, and his work ethic that I will be singing his praises to everyone I know. This company is a rare find with old fashioned values you just donâ t find anymore. I will recommend O2 Kool to everyone I know. Thank you Brad!

Repairman couldn't fix the AC problem because he was working on the wrong unit (there are 3 at my house). Once he figured out the correct unit he said that he doesn't have access to parts under waranty. He wanted to replace the whole unit. I had to hire soneone else.
