Scott seemed rather disorganized. From speaking earlier I had mentioned I only had a linen closet but no supplies. He brought some supplies but no detergent to wash linens. He called in the morning asking if I had a vacuum. I said I did but it didn’t work and he should bring one. He didn’t bring one. He threw up his hands and said he was leaving. I asked him to just clean and I would pay him whatever extra was needed. Even though he talked about how he is an expert at managing airbnbs with remote owners he seems to need to be told everything. He asked me if I needed my lanai cleaned. He should have a checklist of everything that needs to be cleaned. After starting to clean the lanai he realized he needs to start the laundry for the sheets first. I’m talking with Scott I thought he had a team of cleaners who had experience doing cleaning but it seemed to be just Scott and I wouldn’t feel comfortable just handing over my unit to be cleaned by Scott. As a new potential client he should have brought all supplies to deal with all possible issues. Instead of being someone who would take care of problems as they came up he seemed more interested in throwing up his hands and he left in the middle without completing the work which seems highly unprofessional.

Oahu cleaning experts strives for a 5 star experience. Please, there was no payment ready on the day of the clean. We are a small local business with currently only 3 staff members, and have experience working with Luxury vacation rentals. We always have represented ourselves as a small business, shared bnb reviews, and pictures of units I have managed. When I showed up initially there was shock that I did not bring supplies to refill the Airbnb business. Things like toilet paper, paper towels, tide pods, dishwasher pods, and chocolates. We do not pay for the 6$ laundry service for multiple loads of laundry. As a cleaning company working with Airbnb it’s not our responsibility to be replenishing a vacation rental. We are more than happy to refill the supply closet for a delivery fee plus cost of goods. The lanai had not been cleaned, and was noticeably dirty. Our apologies, and just wanted to confirm that you wanted it cleaned or if it was not included with the cleaning. We spoke over the phone and you said there was a vacuum in the unit. Otherwise we always have a mop/ vacuum. We never show up to a clean without all the supplies, if the customer is unhappy, it’s our money back guarantee that we will come back for free, and make it right. Our sincerest apologies for any bad experience. Lastly we left the clean because there was not a payment method for the clean yesterday. We do not accept cheques in the mail days after the clean has been completed. We always provide a full receipt of all services provided. We strive for 5 stars, value all business, value all customers. Extreme attention to detail and great communication, service, professionalism and kindness. I was able to leave Scott alone in my home while I attended a meeting. When I returned, all was clean and neat! I was so grateful especially because it was on my birthday. When I need a job done, Scott is ready, able and eager to meet my satisfaction.
