Locksmith made several duplicate keys. Work was well done and all keys worked very well. Additionally, locksmith reported if the keys did not work out, he was able to come home (at no extra cost) to re-make duplicate sets. Keys work, and very pleased with result. <br /> <br /> (Before we found Oakdale Locksmiths via Angie's List,  we had tried with several other locksmiths.  None of those other locksmiths' keys worked)

Service provider was 2 plus hours late, never called to let me know. Service provider seemed unable to perform service well, at least didn't give me any confidence in his ability. He said he ran out of time so couldn't re-key all other doors. He seemed flustered and unable to handle his workload, definitely disorganized. He was unprofessional on phone calls he took while at our house. I certainly won't be calling him back to "complete" the job that should have been done in the first place. <br />

It went well.  The gentleman dropped everything and came over right away.  He unlocked the truck in no time at all.

The gentlemen was very friendly and he even carried the safe from the car to the store and from the store to the car. That was very helpful to us and we would definitely use them again.

They have great customer service. They come promptly and were professional.

I was locked out of my house and, in addition, was wanting to have the deadbolt rekeyed. I called Oakdale Locksmith and Steve was able to meet me at the house within 30 minutes. He was able to get into the house in a matter of minutes and rekeyed the deadbolt lock in another 10 minutes. He was very thorough and checked that each key worked properly with the door open and closed. Excellent service!

Steve was very professional, completed the work in less than an hour, and charged a reasonable fee.  I was very pleased!

We had workmen trying to get into the house. The lock had broken without our knowledge and now needed to be fixed quickly. These guys were able to get out to the house within two hours and meet my husband and fix the problem. I don't remember the gentlemans name but he was very personable and helpful. We would use them again.

I needed my locks changed the same day.  I called at 9:30 AM and they were able to meet me at 2:00 PM that same day.  I really appreciated this very prompt service. <br /> <br /> Steve was right on time, was pleasant, attentive to his work, seemed efficient, gave me an estimate and was polite.  

I called and Steve answered the phone. I told him I needed my car unlocked and he asked if I wanted it done right away. I said okay and he was at the car 10 minutes later. It took him less than 5 minutes to open it, did so without damaging anything, and took a check for the amount. I went back to his shop and he cut a new key for me right away. Fantastic guy, professional, reasonable prices. I'd never even consider using any other locksmith!

Great. Locksmith worked very hard to drill out lock and remove it from rusted carrier. He did not give up until the job was completed, even when I told him I thought it was impossible. He did and excellent job. He also told me to come right over when I called and waited for me to get to his shop to help me.

My front door knob fell off. The universal door knob I had was beyond my ability to install. I also had a very old dead bolt I had been unable to find a key blank for anywhere. Steve came out promptly after I called, (same day) and despite complications with my very solid 40 year old door, he found the proper door knob in his truck and exchanged, at no charge ,the knob that fit my door. He also changed out the key hole in the dead bolt to match the door knob. All my problems solved. And extra keys! Awesome!

The workers at Oakdale do a great job. They go the extra mile. They are very honest, quick, and very professional. Their prices are reasonable.

Called for an appointment and it was scheduled for 2 days later in the afternoon. Steve and Ron showed up on time. They were very friendly and performed the work efficiently.

Great! :) Called, was asked if I was available immediately, I drove to his shop, the work was done in 10 minutes. No problems and no hassles! :)

Steve was available to install our locks almost immediately. It took him a few hours (they were complicated). He received a call to help someone who had locked his keys in his car, and asked me if he could go take care of that and come back. I was fine with that. He cleaned up after himself and the locks work well. I would recommend him.

Steve was very professional and arrived exactly at the agreed upon hour. He worked efficiently and made sure that the reconfigured locks worked perfectly before leaving. I thought his rates were very reasonable. I will definitely add him to our list of preferred service providers.

The gentlemen came on my schedule which was in the evening. He was even early. He replaced only the part that was need. Having no other experience, his ''house call'' price I guess was average, and he only replaced the broken part instead of trying to sell me a whole new knob set.

MY CAR KEY DID NOT WORK IN THE TRUNK LOCK. THE DEALER TRIED TO REPAIR IT, BUT COULDN'T AND ORDERED A BRAND NEW LOCK CYLINDER. BEFORE REPLACING THE LOCK, I DECIDED TO CALL A LOCKSMITH. MATT WAS ABLE TO FIX THE EXISTING PROBLEM WITHOUT REPLACING THE LOCK. THIS SAVED ME A LOT OF MONEY AND TIME.
