The most professional company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Norge went above and beyond! He truly cares that all of his customer’s needs are taken care of from start to finish. I highly recommend and I will definitely hire them for my house cleaning needs when my new house is finished.

After seeing how stressed out and frustrated I was by not being able to keep up with the housework while caring for my disabled father, my husband suggested that we hire a cleaning service. I was referred to Oak Hill Cleaning Services by a friend almost a year ago, and I absolutely love them. The owners and their employees are reliable, professional and do an outstanding job cleaning my home. I think they do a better job than I did! I’m so glad I hired them, and you will be too.

Facts: this review comes in roughly 1 year after we hired OHC to clean our house, every 2 weeks. OHC is not this big cleaning firm with cars all over the place. The owners are part of the cleaning crews. Price: they charge pretty much the same as other businesses in the area (not cheap). Contact: They're very easy to reach. Text/phone and they reach back to you within minutes every single time. Payment: they're very easy going (if you forget to leave them a check, they don't mind waiting a few days to get paid). The only negative point is that they charge you if you need to pay by credit card. They don't offer ACH or other more convenient forms of automated payment. Quality: this is where it gets complicated. Unlike many other companies, they move and put stuff away as part of their services. A lot of companies just "clean around". But after several incidents, I think I know why others chose not to move stuff around. The cleaning crew are too rough to move furniture or objects around the house. We've had hardwood scratches, wholes and scratches on the walls, broken furniture, broken plates... Although accidents do happen, what I really do not appreciate is that every time, we have to ask them about it. It's not like they don't notice when something breaks... Finally, although the owner always assured me they really "cared" about us and wanted to do what's best, they finally told us to go find business elsewhere as they were tired of us complaining about their services. I guess this is a tough business, and unless you do it yourself, your employees will never care as much as the owners. Also, I don't know if they're just bold and don't care, or just didn't think - but we heard them talk about us (between each other), in a very unpleasant way (rude comments, nasty names). I'm pretty sure they will deny it - but unfortunately for them, they once did this in front of couple native Spanish speakers we had at our house, who understood perfectly well what was being said, and were able to confirm our imperfect translations. Not very professional. OHC is in my opinion perfect for deep cleanings as I've never seen a company clean a house that deep & well (although, they do charge you accordingly for it ;-) ). But for recurring services, I personally would not recommend them as do like many others in the same business: quality declines a few months after starting. I'm very disappointed this turned out to be a cleaning company cliché.

Excellent work! This company is outstanding and does exceptionally great work. Although I initially only purchased a one-time deep clean coupon, I have since hired them for an every-other-week cleaning and I could not be happier! Their work is excellent.

Outstanding at all levels, OakHill went above and beyond any of my expectations. You have cleaning companies, and you have Oak Hill CS. We were previously using a big local cleaning service company, was good/OK at first, but quality starting declining, people showing up late, or leaving early (which means the house wasn't cleaned properly, etc). Oak Hill is a completely different experience: We met with the two owners to do the estimate, they took their time to explain what they did different than others, and why they wanted the deep cleaning to be done right --> other companies told us 4h was enough for a deep cleaning of our house, with 2-3 people - Oak Hill spent over 8h, continuously (these guys are machines), and had some reinforcement coming over later in the day (I think at one point we had 5 or 6 people at our place). Unlike others, they move EVERYTHING to clean EVERYTHING. And I mean EVERYTHING --> when they clean any shelves, they remove everything off the shelf, clean the shelf, clean the items individually on each shelf, and put everything back. This is why it takes so long, and why it's so worth it to go with them. Their estimate will necessarily be higher than what other companies would offer you, but you have to look at the effort they put behind it --> they work 10x harder than any others, and they care about it being done right from A to Z. Both owners were assisting the cleaning crews. And I don't mean supervising: they were working WITH them. They clearly have the respect of their employees, it just shows - and by doing this, they earn their customer's respect and loyalty quite fast. I would recommend Oak Hill to anybody, for any reasons. These guys are true professionals and do everything in their power to have your house be as clean as it can be.

The deep clean was amazing. They were at our house for over 8 hours cleaning, and it looked spotless when they were done. I have been satisfied with every cleaning since.

Oak Hill's house keeping model is to do an initial deep clean before doing scheduled routine cleaning. They will only clean the whole house. In my case the deep clean was $450 which covered 3 cleaners for almost 10 hours. They cleaned EVERYTHING! Baseboards, light bulbs, inside the toaster oven, even the doorbell. They moved furniture and left no stone unturned. Awesome job. Now they will return to clean the whole house every 3 weeks for $150 per cleaning.

We have used them for about 3 tears. In all the services, in all the years in Virginia (about 40) we have never had better. They are careful. They really clean, not pretend to clean with a spray of Clorox like so many large companies. Marjouriee and Norge (pronounced Nor-hey) will not keep people who don't like to work or don't clean to their very high standards. They are thorough, honorable and nice. What more could you want.

Marjouriee and Norge are the real deal - thorough cleaning, professional, affordable! We hired them about 2 months ago, and couldn't be more pleased. Things don't just get a quick dust and done, everything in the house gets a thorough clean - from the baseboards to the windows and even behind the couches. I'm even comfortable leaving the house when they are over, I have full trust that all my possessions are in good hands and great care. Unlike other cleaning services who provide discounts in exchange for reviews, I am not receiving anything to tell you that Oakland Cleaning Services are the best!!

Oak Hill Cleaning was wonderful! They were responsive, arrived on time, did the work they said they would do for the price they quoted. My house looked amazing when they were finished!! They truly did an incredible job! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Oak Hill takes the time necessary to do a really good cleaning so we are flexible on the time they come. When we have needed an exact time, they arrive on time.

They are reliable and flexible. They are good with dogs, and respect the way I want things done... Like don't use cleaners on the hardwood floors, but go to town on the kitchen and bathroom floors.

Oaken Cleaners are incredibly professional in the work that they do. This is not your typical cleaning service. Marjouriee Picado, the owner, is extremely skilled and can clean any room and my entire house more thoroughly and quickly then I could ever imagine possible. More importantly, Marjouriee gives the cleaning a personal touch. This is her profession, not just a job and she does it with love. Her knowledge of how to clean is amazing and often I ask her questions to help with day to day care of the house. Marjouriee is also amazing with animals. I no longer have to lock up my dogs for the day when the house is being cleaned. I highly recommend Oakton cleaners if you want an amazing cleaning experience. You will not be disappointed.

This was a first-time, deep-cleaning visit. My house is large, with four bedrooms, living room, library, dining room, breakfast area, great room, and of course kitchen and baths. I had a lot of dust since the house had not been cleaned well in probably a year due to my health <br /> problems. There is no more dust! When Marjouriee & Norge say "deep cleaning," they mean it. <br /> <br /> I plan to use Oak Hill Cleaning Services on an ongoing basis from here on out. It is a great relief to me. Of the five cleaning services I have tried over the past six years, Oak Hill Cleaning Services is simply the best.
