Cliff was extremely thorough, detailed, informative and polite. He explained everything in our inspection in terms that were easy to understand and helpful for our future in the home. The home was in excellent condition, so there weren’t major things to find, but that didn’t stop him from looking or seeking out other potential issues. Highly recommend Cliff, very personable and knowledgeable.

The service was excellent, it was exemplary. Cliff got in touch with me well in advance to finalize plans, he arrive on time, and was very professional, prompt and very organized. Cliff did a great job explaining the item and issues that he found and needed to be addressed from the home inspection. He put everything in a very clear explanation, and when he left I had a very clear idea on what was done and what things that I needed to take next.
