DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. They are very unresponsive and honestly, incompetent. Only responds to your calls and message when its convenient for them. They dont honor their commitment. I had someone come out and inspect a property that I was looking into purchasing. Looked at the house and committed to providing the report a few days later. After numerous calls and texts, he finally provided the report but it looked like written by a high schooler. No mention of the integrity or reliability of the structure. No details of the repair that it required. I followed up several times but calls went straight to voicemail and no response to texts. It delayed the closing significantly. Now, I need to hire a REAL structural engineering company to redo the work.

Nate was great to work with. We had originally talked with the architect that designed our house but she was proposing a more complicated design and couldn't seem to get it done. Nate quickly came up with a design that was much simpler to build.
