This was the absolute worst tree trimming job I've ever had. They were supposed to trim and round off my oak tree. It looks like they trimmed it with a hatchet. Virtually any limb with leaves was chopped off. After calling Carlos he said that's the way way I wanted it done. I told him that no one would want a job that looks as bad as that and explained I've had the same tree trimmed for about 15 years and not one of the other trimmers did that bad of a job. His response was; why didn't you use one of them. Which is a typical response from someone who really doesn't care about the quality of their work. Everytime I look out at that tree I shake my head in disbelief a company would do that shoddy of a job and then deny they screwed up. I will be surprised if the tree survives.

There was some misunderstandings at first, but Jennifer and Carlos at Oakwood Tree Service stayed in great communication with me and corrected everything. Will use their service again.

We choose Bonsai Landscaping Inc.and dealt with the owners that performed all the work. We needed 1-2 palettes of sod, planting soil, and large full tropical plants around our newly built brick deck. We dealt with Benjamin, Adrian, & Efran who gave us a reasonable price and were all professional and courteous. My husband and I were very pleased with the quality of the sod, soil, and plants used for our job. These men take great pride in their companies customer satisfaction. This company exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend them to family and friends. After, our outstanding experience with Bonsai Landscaping inc. we hired them to maintain our property every month. Thank you all again, for getting the job done quickly and the superior workmanship. Ben came and gave an estimate at the scheduled time. The price was very reasonable. The two men showed up as scheduled and did an excellent job trimming shrubs and plants. They cleaned up the debris and were very professional. They coordinated the work with me to make sure I was satisfied. JOB WELL DONE.

They did what they said they would do and they did it fast and well.

Went very well. The owner Ben came out to give me an estimate which was very fair. He knew exactly what had to be done. Jennifer called me to find out what would be a good time to schedule my appointment. The crew showed up on time were very polite and efficient. They worked quickly and cleaned up all the debris.

This father and son team know their business and do it right. Within a day I got a quote, an email with license and insurance documents and had my trees trimmed and thinned in days. On time, very professional and were fast. I had a team of four men and my job was completed in an afternoon. I had two rows of fence line Areca Palms and needed a Cabbage Palm cleaned up. My neighbor came out and asked them to clean up a Royal Palm when they were done and they did it on the spot with the cherry picker. Will call them again for sure!

They did a fantastic job. I needed a large oak tree trimmed and large branches off but did not want it topped. I was very picky and they were very patient. They were efficient and careful and cleaned up everything. I was very pleased with the work and will not hesitate to call them again. They were polite and easy to work with. Very professional!
