Oasen Plumbing

Called Jim and he said he'd get back the next day to set a time. He called early the next day, Thursday, and said he could come and install a new gas hot water heater we had talked about the day before. He came along with a couple other men and installed the new Ruud gas hot water heater in about an hour. No fuss, no problems. Took out the old one. I have used Oasen Plumbing in the past for plumbing problems and even bought the last Ruud gas hot water heater from them 17 years ago!! Hope this new one will last as long. They have always come when they said they would, are professional and congenial, and donn't leave a mess. Reasonably priced in comparison to others.

They were much quicker than they estimated.

Just fine. Here and gone in no time. Was a plugged pipe and I didn't realize it.

I've been calling them before Angie's List. We have an old house. I don't mind paying the price. They always do a good job. They are very responsive.

Very well. Jim arrived at the scheduled time and had everything fixed in about an hour. We have used Oasen for many years and find them incredibly reliable, anxious to fix rather than replace and always friendly. I highly recommend them.

My experiences with Oasen Plumbing were wonderful. We did some remodeling and there was some pretty hi tech work done. I had to cut through our concrete and in fact they were wonderful. They were just wonderful. There were no issues at all. If we have any plumbing issues we will definitely use them. They had been referred to us by a friend and I was just trying to see if there was anything out there on them. They were just so responsive to our needs. They were very timely and considerate to our schedule. They were very professional, just the nicest people. I don't think there was anything that I liked the least about this contractor. I would grade them 'A's all the way through. I will definitely use them again in the future.

We had another company out and they said we had crack in tub. They didn't even check pipes. We contacted Oasen'S to come out to estimate a new tub....but decided to have a second opinion. We didn't tell them what we had been told. He checked pipes, saw leak, showed us the leak, fixed leak........GREAT SERVICE. <br />

Very professional, arrived exactly on time, completed project quickly and answered our questions on it's operation. The only negative was the price. We did not get estimates from any other provider and we discovered later that it would likely have been quite a bit less expensive through a couple of other plumbers. We think we can count on their reliable 'customer service' in the future but, next time, we will get at least one other price estimate. <br />

I received three quotes for services and Jim's was the lowest. In addition, Jim assisted in coming up with some solutions to problems caused when the previous owner compromised the structure of our joists when putting in previous plumbing. <br /> Jim's team was very professional and showed up on time. They asked the appropriate questions and kept my house CLEAN. I was surprised at how great they were about keeping doors closed inside the house as they knew I had a toddler. I did not have to ask them to do this. <br /> Jim has always responded quickly to my phone calls also. I would hire them again if I have additional plumbing needs. <br />

I think Jim Oasen is an excellent tradesman and I would use him again. I can't give him a perfect rating because he's slightly pricey. He was going to give me a verbal estimate only. Since I'd never used his services before I asked for a written estimate at which point he raised his earlier approximate verbal estimate by $50 for just the hot water heater portion of the job. The main thing is he did an wonderful job in all other ways and the final price was not totally out of line. <br />

Quote provided over phone was accurate. Fit me in same day and the service took less than 5 minutes to complete. Professional, clean and quick. Yes, I was a little shocked that 2 valves and 5 minutes of work would cost as much as it did, but as someone with very little confidence in DIY plumbing, I'd rather have it done correctly the first time, by a courteous, punctual professional. I plan on hiring Oasen again for more plumbing work in the future.
