I highly recommend Oasis if you need a gas firelace repaired. I needed to have my mine repaired quickly due to a quick sell on my condo. Oasis had their technician Kyle there in an hour. He did a wonderful job. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was quick and went above and beyond even cleaning the glass doors. They are a wonderful 5 star company.

Both techs were very polite and handled the install with ease. They were open to questions and provided great service.

I am not satisfied, I paid a down payment for my fireplace, it took them weeks to get it. I waited for like 3 weeks without a call, and when I called they said they was waiting on another part. Unexpected events happened and I had too ask for my money back. Instead of giving me back the full amount, they kept 25% of my down-payment. I can understand a restock fee but it ended up being 400 dollars they kept. I was really not happy

Chase was very professional and easy to work with. The entire staff was very responsive and fantastic. The quality of our fire place is exactly what we wanted.

The service was excellent. They located the part that I needed for a repair and ordered it in for me immediately. Everything was done in a fast, easy, efficient manner, and I now have a repaired fireplace.

The most unprofessional business we have seen in Las Vegas. Horrible work product, the fireplace failed to function properly, and Benjamin Robert Drollinger was unwilling to repair their failures.

Worst service and diagnosis ever. This site has 5 stars, but I am questioning them. Please do your research before approaching this company. As noted by other customers in Yelp: THIS IS NOT A BUSINESS YOU CAN TRUST TO STAND UP FOR THEIR WORK NOR TO DO THE RIGHT THINGS WHEN THINGS DO NOT GO AS THEY SHOULD.
