Omg!!!!! Our deck is so freaking amazing. We are so happy and excited about our new deck. We have fallen asleep multiple times on our enclosed deck. This was the best addition to our home. The owner is hands on, detail oriented and made sure our vision came to fruition! If I could give 10 ?? I would give them immediately with no hesitation.

We recently hired Oasis General Contracting after being impressed by the work they were doing next door. From the moment they arrived, it was clear that this was a team that valued punctuality and professionalism. We noticed how efficiently they worked and how well-coordinated everything was; it truly made an impact on us. During our interactions, I had the pleasure of speaking with Preston, the owner, and soon discovered that he is a prior military member, just like myself. We connected over our shared experiences, including our time in places like Afghanistan, Kuwait, and Germany. This bond made me feel comfortable entrusting them with the work on my home. Oasis recently completed the construction of our beautiful deck and a remodel of our basement, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are outstanding! Preston and his team have certainly earned this positive review, as they went above and beyond to deliver top-notch service.

The contractor contacted us through Angi's List and represented himself as honest, reliable, and communicative. We explained upfront that we had recently experienced serious issues with a broker and movers and were specifically seeking a professional contractor to avoid further problems. The contractor visited the property to review the scope of work. A second visit occurred with another individual who took measurements and advised on project timing. We entered into a contract with an agreed-upon completion timeframe of approximately 5 6 weeks. Shortly after work began, communication became inconsistent. The contractor represented that materials had been ordered for the project. We later confirmed this was not true. Despite repeated written requests, the contractor failed to provide clear updates, timelines, or proof that materials had been purchased. The contractual completion deadline passed with substantial work incomplete. Workers left the property and removed their tools, creating the appearance that the job had been abandoned. No clear explanation or written plan was provided regarding when or how work would resume. Worker Nonpayment Escalation. We were contacted directly by the contractor's workers, who stated they had not been paid and that a $2,000 check issued to them had bounced. This raised serious concerns about professionalism, reliability, and potential risk to us as homeowners. At no point did the contractor adequately address these concerns in writing. Concerns Regarding Specific Worker (Luis) Luis, who had previously performed electrical work, behaved in an unprofessional manner. We made clear that we do not consent to Luis performing any further work on our property in any capacity. Despite this, the contractor attempted to reassign him to complete the remaining work without our approval. Final Communication and Termination After a continued lack of response, misrepresentations regarding materials, missed deadlines, and worker nonpayment issues, trust was irreparably broken. We issued written notice terminating the contract, revoking access to the property, and requesting an accounting of payments, work completed, and materials purchased. All further communication was requested to be in writing only. Summary The contractor failed to meet contractual obligations, misrepresented material purchases, ignored written communications, and allowed the project to stall. Worker nonpayment and bounced checks created additional risk and instability. Due to these cumulative issues, termination of the contract was necessary and justified. We are seeking accountability, reimbursement for payments made for incomplete work, and appropriate action to help prevent similar experiences for other homeowners.

Very well Finished under estimated completion time in spite of rain. Deck is well done, sturdy and up to code. Love the trex product.

They got the job done right and fast.

I hired Oasis to rebuild my 37-year-old attached deck and covered, screened-in porch, as well as a secondary deck. The work performed included reframing, new Trex decking, new, contemporary railings, wrapped beams, rebuilt staircase, tongue in groove ceiling, floor-to-ceiling screens and ceiling lights. All work was accomplished on time with attention to detail and quality. Oasis transformed our old, dark porch into a bright space that we’re eager to enjoy as the weather warms. Preston and his crew braved sub-freezing temperatures to accomplish the rebuild. All-in-all it was a job well done. I recommend Oasis to build your deck and would hire them again for future work.

This went great. It was about two weeks between meeting for a quote and finishing the deck. Updates were frequent and informative. The workers were always on time and worked hard. The deck looks great and I can't be happier with it.

Great they did a fantastic job

OUTSTANDING! We have a large yard with trees, shrubs, flowers, pathways, dry streambeds, and a vegetable garden. It had been several years since we restored any of these areas. It was past time! With over 4tons of mulch and 2 tons of river rock, Preston and his crew did a beautiful job with our landscape. The crew was attentive to our needs and worked very hard. We've already recommended this team to our friends.
