The job went great!

We had a great experience with Christian and his team. Our almost 100 year old front porch/patio was starting to sink and was in danger of collapsing. We spoke with several contractors and we selected Christian because he seemed to have an excellent understanding of the scope of the work and a terrific plan for replacing the existing patio for a very fair, reasonable price. He got to work right away and totally kept on schedule, communicating well with us the whole time. He very clearly aimed to approach the work the way we wanted, letting us know his thought processes clearly throughout the project. If there was something little that we want changed, he got to work imnediately making sure it was up to the standards we wanted. We love the finished product and highly recommend this company. We are grateful for a terrific experience!

He was supposed to create a drive way in the process of me agreeing to a price he called me and pushed for a deposit of 1500$ for 3 days straight date given payment was 5/23 he then said he filed for the permit, I called the city of Essex county to get a update 6/16/2023 they said they never received any documents for my address. After this already bad experience he finally submits the paper work and now he started the job before full approval and the city denied us to create a driveway and now he wants us to pay him the full amount money we agreed on to put back the side wall concrete he destroyed before getting the go from the city to do the job

It's been a week ?????but ends ?‍??☺️? Water was coming from underneath the foundation into the basement when they opened the floor they found. My sewer line was corroded and was cracking at the touch so I was stressed out because it turned out to be a 4foot corrosion. In the sewer line. They were able to secure it as best they could and put a new Pvc pipe and. So 11, 24×24 inch tiles had to be replaced. And I put a sump pump in for nowI am praying ?? ? that I don't have to replaced the sewer pipe from under the house or yard ever. Now the foundation, I knew it would need to be fixed. I was hoping I had time but that rain pour we had made other plans. Instead of patching the foundation leak I decided to fix the whole house, front and sides, back and dug down 3 feet and poured concrete. Christian is very conscientious and meticulous. He gave me a very fair and competitive price. He showed up as scheduled and completed the job with excellent results. I would recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a general contractor.
