I would not hire this contractor again. I guess you get what you pay for. We had to wait approximately 5 weeks before he had an opening and then our appointment was rescheduled several times for different reasons. When the contractor/owner arrived yesterday afternoon at 3.40pm the first comment after introducing himself was that he could not stay long and that he was very busy. In the end he only cleaned the front and two sides of the house and did not do the back of the house as that side did not have any mold issues. He did however pressure wash part of our driveway that had some green mold spots and the little porch at our front door which was also discolored.

Everything was great. Would hire again.

He came Sunday due to weather cancellation. He texted when he was on his way.

Initially it was hard to agree on a date for him to come out to pressure wash my home because I needed a weekend time. We did finally agree on a date and time and he had to cancel due to a family emergency. I did not hear from him for at least two weeks and I finally contacted him and asked when he was going to be able to come out here. He did respond promptly at that time and we set up a date for him to come out once he was here he did a great job.
