Can be a little hard to connect with sometimes, but they are friendly and do great work. They have performed both business and residential work for me on multiple jobs. Recommend!

He was very knowlegable and courtsy fixed my problem within 2 weeks price not to bad also helps senior citizens with dissabilities.

Mike is a complete scam he literally has not came out to even do my job in over 5 weeks. Every week he tells me he is coming out to fix and never shows or does not even cal to tell me he is not coming. I requested my material or refund for the material I paid for.

Unprofessional, slow, lazy and messy. Lousy paint job and did not lay floor down right. Did not cover or protect anything or clean before. 1 week job took 4 before I let him go. **** in a non-working toilet. Left cans of paint out open. Had plumbing leaks 3 different times. Spilled paint in street. Did not remove sink sticker before installing faucets. No attention to detail or pride of work.

i contacted mike numerous time . i got put off numerous times.i paid for supplies and labor to make the cover all this time i was told it is getting welded by and fab tech was to powder coat the frame .i contact fab they say it has not been coated and they were not welding on it .i don't know what is going now. he is mad at me for contacting him .but all i wanted was to be kept in the loop .i was told things were on track to make my cover with clear panel on top and installation to house .but now all my materials ,no individual breakdown invoice . i of what i paid for and i ask for lot of times all i have is alist of materials ,and don't know what, he supposed bought for the job are going to be returned to me welded ,painted or not. so i don't know if it will be installed or not.he was not been trueful to me numerous times, thank god i haven't paid for labor.

Replacements went smooth. Will hire Oates Repair for future projects.

Everything went great. Was missing a few parts, contractor gave me a ride to store & picked out parts necessary to complete job.

Mike did a great job! He was professional and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again to fix/repair items if needed.

Mike was very responsive from the first time I reached out to him until the job was completed. He was able to get my job into his schedule sooner than expected and they did a great job. My porch looks new again. I appreciated Mike advising me on what kind of materials to get - and it wasn't the most expensive available either. He gave me pricing options for him doing all of the work or saving us money if we wanted to do some things ourselves. I would definitely hire this company again and will consider him first for any projects we have in the near future.

It went very well. Mike is conscientious about his work. He finds ways to make repairs as budget friendly as possible. He answers messages promptly and worked with me to get things repaired the way that I wanted. He didn't mind my unruly pack of dogs and I felt comfortable having him in my house. He seems like an honest man, who does honest work and enjoys helping people. Plan on hiring him again in the future.

Mike and Chris came in and did a beautiful job in my house. Mike will explain everything that needs to be done. The price of the work is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Oates Repair. Top quality!!
