Obex Pest Defense

Tech (and apparently the owner) arrived to rid my home of a mouse issue isolated to my master bath. Tech used a cell phone flash light to look in an access door and indicated mice were present. Tech/owner was unable to determine how the mice were getting in to that one area, although he concocted a story about mice coming through garage, up two flights of stairs, down the hall and into the bathroom. Never checked the attic above the master bath which also had droppings. Never checked the basement. Instead, placed 4 food traps and was gone in 30 minutes. Told it takes 2 weeks. Service date was 8/29 and 9/19 mice are still present. Ended up paying $329 for 30 minutes and 4 traps. DO NOT get suckered into their yearly plan. Look elsewhere for a more thorough company. UPDATE: I contacted the owner of the company to let them know i purchased a $20 device from Amazon and was able to clear out 5 mice in one night, something his company couldn't do in 3 weeks. The owner then threatened me with getting a lawyer for harassing them. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS "COMPANY"

Very friendly people. I have great expections that the service provided today will solve my problem and knowing that I will be protected in months to come gives me peace of mind relaxing at home

First off Sean contacted me within an hour of me entering the request through Angi. It was late in the evening too, like 830pm. I came out this AM and was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Already set up traps and showed where the mice came into the garage and house from. Next will be to see how effective his work was (to see no more mice or droppings). Sean informed me to contact him directly if I have any issues between regularly scheduled appointments. I really like the experience so far. I am confident it will hold up.
