I was very pleased with the whole process. Mr. Fathi was very polite and professional. He listened to what I wanted on the phone, and then brought samples to my home. He suggested a type of pad for people with allergies (it is coated with rubber on top and bottom), that I didn't know about, and was very happy to pay the slightly higher price to have installed. He let me know what time to expect his workers, and called me when it looked like they might be running late. His workers were great, they spoke very good English, and even put some of the extra scrap carpet on the base of a cat house that had been chewed up by a puppy. They didn't charge me extra to do this, but I tipped them $20. Mr. Fathi called me the next day to see how the installation went, and to make sure that I was happy and to see if I needed anything. I have already recommended them to my Sister.

The installers were very helpful in completing some extra moving of furniture at the end of the job. They were very polite and knowledgeable. I was quite satisfied with the quickness with installation. I will definitely hire them again for my flooring needs.
