Excellent. Working with Ocean Breeze Property Management was a breeze. The job was done on the timeline Pete provided. He was timely and the job site was always cleaned at the end of the day. He's price was reasonable and the quality of his work was great. I have no complaints and plan on using him in the future for more work.
