John was incredibly professional and responded timely to every inquiry. He was able to schedule our inspection quickly and gave an expert opinion on what was needed. Turns out the home did need mold testing, and he was qualified to take samples and get them processed very quickly. He gave us incredible peace of mind, and was able to give us a very timely, comprehensive, and detailed report. Excellen!! I called John about setting up an appointment after reading other reviews. He was able to inspect the home for me the very next morning. He was very professional and through. He went through every single inch of the home for me. Provided me with his honest professional opinion on everything he was seeing. He suggested (NOT pressured in anyway whatsoever) that we do a mold test. I'm glad we did!! Turns out his hunch was right. We will most definitely be using him again!!

It went so well I was shocked. This company, Ocean Breezes, owner and operator John, is possibly the finest home inspector I have ever dealt with. He was on time, exceptionally knowledgeable, went so in depth with the inspection I was confident if there were any problems he would find them. And he did. John was punctual, extremely thorough (spent over 30 minutes at noon time in the attic on a day when the temps were in the 90s!), courteous, and timely with his report. We most appreciated the time John spent explaining his findings. As out-of-state buyers it was crucial to know and understand conditions that are acceptable due to the coastal climate as well as preventative measures to take moving forward. Buying a home at the beach is far different than purchasing a home in the midwest and John schooled us on the absolutes, recommendations, and items that are simply, normal wear and tear and will need regular attention when living at the beach. We've purchased seven homes across the country and John, by far, is the best inspector we have had! Both on the phone and in person, John is a total professional and could not be more helpful.
