We were experiencing a problem with rats. Ochoa Brothers (John) were very knowledgeable and prompt at initial estimate. Very through inspection which revealed more entry points then previous inspectors. Along with this being a family owned business with solid history, Ochoa Brothers was the best choice.

I had a swarm of ants that had entered my parents home. It was terrible. But John took care of the problem and it’s all better now.

He did good placing poison in their holes. However, the gophers have returned, and we have 3 new mounds of dirt. He is supposed to return for another treatment 10 days after 12/31/24.

I must say John is the Best Pest technician I ever had service my home. My Family and I needed to have Emergency Ant Situation taking care of at my Home I called him on a Tuesday morning and he came by that same day later that afternoon and did a treatment. Ochoa Brothers Pest Control is my go to Company from now on 5-Stars all the way thanks a Million John😇👍
