Alec is by far the most experienced, knowledgeable professional we have come across. The first time he came out, he knew exactly what the issue was and provided a clear, fair price for what needed to be done. Today, we had an issue we called him about. He could have easily come out and made us pay a large amount to get it resolved. He provided clear instructions so that we could fix the issue on our own without paying anything. Great customer service! I would call him with any issues we have. I wish he also did electric, general contracting, landscaping etc.

Very prompt. Friendly, knowledgeable about what needed to be done. When we purchased the home, we were unprepared to learn that our septic system was failing. After the shock of some extremely high bids, he provided a very reasonable bid and explanation of what did and didn't need to be done. I highly recommend this company for any septic needs!!!!!

Working for two years to get a septic tank replacement. Previous plumber incorrectly installed it and several plumbers kept giving me large quotes. O'Conor's gave me not only the lowest quote, but did not add extra work to replace tanks such as laterals.

I had the O'Connor excavation replace my failing septic system at my house. They did a great job for a very reasonable price compared to the other quotes I received. They did a new tank and drainfield. It required digging up a lot of my yard but they had warned me about that before hand and did a good job leveling it back out. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again soon to fix my pond.

Alec and crew replaced my collapsed septic tank. He was very prompt and got out there that day to look at the issue. It was a bit of an emergency because of the huge hole that had opened up in my yard. Would recommend and will be having them back out to replace the laterals in the future

Working with Alec was great! We had about five shrubs that needed to be removed. He was very flexible and more than reasonably priced. He worked with our schedule and even came early to the appointment. We will definitely be using him again. I would recommend him to anyone.

I had a lake in my backyard every time it rained and a complete regrade fixed it. They also removed a section of cracked sidewalk and replaced it for me. Reasonable price for high quality work and I would recommend to anyone.
