Paul and his team did a thorough bid process and went above and beyond! They delved in to find and solve the underlying problem. His team showed up on time, made the repairs and installed new items. The project was completed on time and on budget.

When Paul met with me the first time, he spent about 2 hours going over our options for a dog run. He had a lot of good ideas and recommendations for the safety of our dog. The natural stone was a perfect recommendation, and it turned out great. Our dog loves it and doesn’t get his paws muddy like before. Paul’s team arrived on time, were professional and a pleasure to work with. They did a great job removing our bush, removing some grass to put down the natural stones. A large crew was sent out and they were very polite and focused on the job.  Seems like they can get a lot done in one day. Excellent fall and spring clean up.  At my request, they expanded two flower beds and added mulch, perfect.  The plants they added are still alive and happy, even with the bad winter.  I can't wait to use them again to finish the yard. They care and take pride in their work. <br />

There were sometimes delays in nailing down the dates for the work, but once scheduled, the work was done in a very professional and timely manner.  I was surprised at how quickly the work was accomplished - one day for all of the paver work; half day for the hydrangea pruning; and one full day for the pergola work.  I very much appreciated that the workers cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished and I am happy with the work performed. <br /> Pricing for each of the jobs was very reasonable. <br /> Paul is very personable and knowledgeable and makes sure you understand exactly what will be done.  I would definitely use them again. <br />

I've had a very good experience with OCR Inc. I used them all of the time. He's my contractor. They were here last week. They've been here for the last eight months. He's incredibly trustworthy. He's very punctual and always answers his phone when you call. I couldn't say enough nice things about him. He's a great guy. He's doing landscaping and a dock outside on the lake. He's doing all kinds of stuff. He has both his own crew and other contractors that he calls in.

I couldn't be happier with the service provided. Paul, the owner, is very personable and thorough.  He provided the quote and recommendations as to what he thought I should have done.  His crew showed up when they said they would and were very efficient.  I was amazed at how diligent they were and they finished each day's work in record time.  There was a slight time delay in getting the sand installed because of the weather, but it was finished within a week's time.  <br /> I couldn't be happier with the work I had done.  I will have OCR do some additional work for me before winter comes.

Paul was very responsive and met with me several times while we determined the best solution for a steep grade under our two-tiered deck that was eroding and causing sand to pile up on a patio that was at the end of the deck.  The grading for both was also going toward the house.  We were concerned that this would eventually cause a problem in the walkout basement.  Paul came up with a solution for a drainage system under the decks that would ensure the problem was resolved once and for all.  They also ensured that the water proofing on the house under the deck came up to the appropriate level in all spots.  There is not much space between the ground and the deck so it was a difficult job.  We had a another quote but it did not include the drainage system and I was concerned that we would ultimately end up with the same issue in a few years.  The crew was friendly and everything was cleaned up when they left after the job was complete. We have had some rain since the job was complete and have not noticed the sand pile up or an water puddles on the patio. <br /> The crew removed our existing patio pavers and re-graded the patio so it would slope away from the house.  Because there was not a lot of room to take the pavers higher at the house, they removed some of our grass ad ensured that was sloped away so that they could maintain a proper slope on the patio.  This was also one of the reasons I chose OCR.  The other quote did not mention needing to also slope the grass.  Since they used the existing pavers, it was a tedious job to clean them.  The crew did a great job of recreating the original pattern using the existing pavers without any need for new materials. <br /> The leaking sprinkler head had created a large hole at our property line.  We did not know the sprinkler head was leaking because the hole was in a rough landscape that was actually on our neighbor's property.  However, our grass finally did start to sink as well.  They were able to use the dirt from under our decks to fill the hole and replaced the faulty sprinkler head.  They also reseeded that area and will monitor this fall to ensure the grass is coming in and will reseed if necessary.  So far the grass is growing well with just a couple of bare spots. <br /> OCR also replaced a rotting board on the facia of our house.  He determined that the gutter was sloping toward the corner of the house instead of toward the down spout.  They replaced the board and fixed the slope.  <br /> For this project I chose OCR and Paul because he has both landscape and building credentials.  I think those skills provided us with the best solution.  I would recommend this company.

OCR, Inc was prompt, fair priced, and extremely helpful in designing the project.  They remained at our home until the project was done.  When  completed the site was cleaned and rubble was taken away.  This is a professional company that takes care to make sure the customer has a final project to be proud of.  We highly recommend OCR, Inc. and will be using them in the future.
