Great! - He worked with me to try the most low-cost solution and then gave me another option before we went to a new unit. Lucky for me he was able to get my AC going with the first option during one of the hottest weeks this summer. I appreciated that he discussed all options with me and didn't just go for the highest return for him. He is always kind and shows up on time. His work is good and very fair on his pricing.

Very good work. Very happy with customer service. A/C went out while it was 105* outside at my 80 yoa fathers house. Octane provided him with temporary portable unit free of charge until a new AC unit could be ordered and installed. Very fast install. Would definitely recommend.

Great job, on time, very professional and a good price.

Calvin handled the entire process all the way from diagnosing the heating and air-conditioning unit to ordering the new one and dealing with the tenants till the process was completed. He took a lot of responsibility and made my job as a landlord a lot easier. He cleaned up when he was done took all of the old equipment with him and followed up with a phone call to see how things were going after a few days. I highly recommend him!

Calvin and his wife Sarah have been amazing. Their customer service skills are going to be hard to beat. Calvin was very honest and upfront about the work that needed to be done. He did not try to sneak in extra work to up the cost after he started and got out whole hvac system replaced in 1 day! Even before he started work, they followed up after doing the initial estimate. Unfortunately I had a death in the family and had to push the work out almost a whole month later than planned and both Calvin and Sarah were amazing. They were very understanding and even sent a thinking of you message out the blue to let me know there were thinking of my family during the process. I can not recommend Octane repair and service enough. They got a life time customer from my family. Thank you!

Everything went great he did everything we needed and proved other information from other companies who wanted a lot more money to be wrong on what they were telling us. So I really appreciated what he did for us and system works great. Anytime anyone asks me now who we use I tell them Octane is the best their prices are good and quality of work is great.
