Odd One Out Inspections

Kyle did a thorough job in the inspection and also identifying areas in the house that were not disclosed. His attention to detail and detailed explanations of the issues were well documented in the inspection report. I look forward to using Kyle for my future inspection needs.

Kyle was very informative and thorough during the inspection and has provided great customer service even after the inspection through the closing process.

Kyle was very professional, informative and made sure you understood what the issues were.

Odd One Out Inspections is a great value and an outstanding service. Kyle quickly responded to my request for an estimate and any follow-up questions. He was very thorough in his inspection and open to all questions. The inspection report is very easy to understand, ranks issues based on importance level, and provides information on who you need to fix it (handyman vs. specialist). We found this very helpful when determining what to tackle first and who to call.
