If anyone else’s experience has been anything like ours, It’s become very hard to find someone to come and give you an estimate, if they do, most never return to do the job, and if they do, forget about getting an honest answer on when they plan to start the job. I can’t remember the last time I hired someone to do work for me, that actually completed it with the quality and craftsmanship they promised up front! Now I can, Mr. Chris Odell seems to one of the very few who does what he says, when he says. And we were completely satisfied with everything he’s done for us so far. He is fair, honest, and dependable. We actually had an issue a couple weeks later, that had to do with the hardware that was used, and not his work specifically. Upon notifying him, he immediately made an appointment that was convenient for us, and came out made the repairs, (took about 10mins) and he refused payment, I would have paid him something for his time, because the fault wasn’t his. Highly Recommend!

From the moment he came out to look at my project, I could tell I wasn’t just dealing with a contractor, I was dealing with someone who truly lives and breathes this work. He told me how long he’s been doing this, how he started when he was just a kid, and I could hear the pride and history in his voice. Watching him work and seeing the way he pays attention to every small detail, I knew right away he wasn’t just completing a job… he was putting a piece of himself into it. He didn’t rush through anything. He listened. Really listened. He took time to explain things, compare prices for me, and make sure I understood every part of the process. He put in effort that most people wouldn’t even think twice about, and he did it with excitement, passion, and a kind of dedication you don’t see often anymore. ODell Enterprises did an excellent job! I had three large trees, some smaller trees, very overgrown bushes and some sad looking ones removed. They also ground all the stumps and cleaned everything up. Chris and his crew were very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I will definitely hire them again!

Excellent work. They cleaned up after. Got stumps done also. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and explained what was going on every step. Very friendly and hard workers.

Mr.Chris of O’dell stump grinding home improvements did a superior job with moving our trees and tree stumps. Showed great customer service even after the job was done. Also cleaned and raked up all debris. I will recommend him to everyone.

Chris was great to work with. He was prompt and professional. We had a tree that was at risk to damaging property and dying and they were able to get down with no damage to any property. They also left yard cleaner than probably was when they showed up!!! ?. Would recommend them for your job and will hire again if have same need.

Oh my God, the best service I have ever had in a long time. Every one was very friendly and professional at all time. Kept me well informed about everything that was going on. I live a business that makes you feel like you have been a part of there family for a long time even though that was your first time meeting them. If I could give 10 stars I would have.
