"to start the client was 15 to 20 minutes late, she said most of everything was painted and the primary concern was the wood floors which I did the dust in the cracks in the baseboards semi frequently . I gave her a full four clean hey did spend a lot of time getting the dust in the bathrooms. and sh and she didn't di did not and then two to three weeks late she claimed there was dust everywhere a she claimed there was dust everywhere and residual that I missed"

"this client's attitude and demeanor was bad from the start he answer the door insulted insulted me about my size and my capability and 10 minutes later he then apologized. again I gave him the again I gave him the full four hours of cleaning to the best of my ability. There was paint everywhere on the baseboards,there was hard dust everywhere from contractors, which I got to the best of my ability for the most part when I was done I asked him to walk through what she did and said everything looks fine /great. Also his grass was over a foot tall he said I'll let you kno he said I'll let you know Saturday sat saturday came and went Tuesday or Wednesday he emailed me and said can you come to do the lawn hey Ben said to him it will be another $30 because it has grown more and then I didn't hear anything until I got this bad review so I guess I am glad I don't have to work for this client anymore after being insulted"

"In many years in this business, this is one of the cleanest houses I have been asked to service. I was slightly confused as to why a person would ask me to clean their house when it was in such great shape. The only thing that was clearly dusty in the house was the 2 sets of closet doors. Upon arrival, I asked my client for some direction. She pointed out a few spots here and there. I took it upon myself to wipe all surfaces, wooden walls, all accessible baseboards, doors, tops of door jams and windows, window sills, kitchen cabinets, all bathroom surfaces. I then mopped the kitchen & bathroom floors. I also spent a few minutes removing scuff marks from the walls and door jams. I also wiped all the wood walls with Pinesol. I spent about an hour in the kitchen wiping down all the surfaces and scrubbed the backsplash. At the time I left the client walked through the house and explained very clearly what I did. At this point, I asked the member what else she would like cleaned – and she didn’t give me a direct answer. She did find one spot I missed in the bathroom. While I do make mistakes from time to time, I take my cleaning very seriously and have been in this business for many years with a long list of happy clients. I don’t get many complaints, but when I do I like to address them. I have contacted the client since this review to issue her $30 off any future service or 1.5 hours of any other service. I am sorry I felt short of expectations, but I hope other clients read my other reviews that truly reflect the quality of my business."
