ODR Roofing

After getting three bids, I chose ODR Roofing because the bid was the most reasonable. One of the other companies overcharged considerably for the cost of the permit. ODR included the amount of the cost of the permit in the overall job honestly to include some travel time and expense to Sacramento. Honesty is a very important aspect of any business dealings. Oscar and his team didn't disappoint me. The work was done as promised, one time and cleaning up every day. They protected my gardens and those of my neighbors. It was a pleasure to work with Oscar at ODR, a family owned business, and I will recommend their work to anyone who needs a roof repair or a new roof.

We were very satisfied with the recommendation before the project started. We were impressed with his knowledge. His recommendations without pressing for particular direction. His cleanups were completed.

ODR was quick to identify problem areas. The original problem was with water trickling down a bathroom vent pipe. ODR said the flashing around the vent needed to be replaced. The reroofing project and the new rain gutters went very well and we are pleased with the owner Oscar Ruiz as he oversaw the project. He was professional and personable and his crew were top notch, arriving on time and cleaning up prior to leaving daily.
