The work was left incomplete because his tools kept breaking down or power drill was out of power. After 2 days of wasted time and effort, I decided to let him go. Lost money, and had to hire another handyman to complete the job.

The sink is fine (cheaper of the 2 tasks I payed $200 for both I value the sink at $75 drywall repair $125 bc I had another handyman write out an estimate and they valued the sink replacement at $75) the drywall came apart the first rainstorm after it was fixed, this was weeks ago and the initial repair was weeks before that, he was supposed to come back after the paint dried (I said he could wait a couple weeks bc the paint was just for looks if he needed to but after it leaked it was essential I needed him ASAP) he scheduled 3 different times to come look at it and flaked every single time, after the third time he called me today and basically blamed me saying I need to wake up earlier so he can make it because I keep saying he can come anytime after noon, every time before he agreed to come afternoon then didn’t show up, I know nothing ab ceilings so I really don’t know if it was a bad job, fluke bc of the big rainstorm (I will admit it was a lot of rain) or if my roof has more problems than initially thought but I do know someone came to look at my roof before he did the job and said it was fine which was why I only did the drywall repair rather than something more expensive, I am now back to where I started and have had a messed up ceiling for the past 2-3 weeks and need to find a new handyman to fix it and look at my roof. I feel bad writing a review like this and would definitely change it or at least take this down if resolved but I was hung up on before I could ask ab a partial refund/what the insurance covers or whatever so if this is how this ends I definitely feel justified giving it a 1 star

It went horrible!! My sister called this “company” to get work done on a railing that was wobbling on a front porch for my 84 yr old mother.. Evan came over to “fix” the railing. What he did was put a block of wood under the bottom portion of the railing and screwed it in the concrete steps. It took him about an hr or so. He charged her $100. I came home from work and noticed the railing was still very wobbly. It was wobbling at the top part of the railing as it was previously. I’m shocked that Evan left it like that. So I fixed the top part of the railing by wedging wood in between the railing and house and screwed it in the house. The railing is very sturdy now. Mom went up and down the stairs really good. She’s very happy with it. All done right? Nope! A couple weeks later, this morning I get a notification on my phone from my camera that there is motion detected on the front porch. I look to see and it was Evan, looking at the bottom of the railing. I came downstairs to talk to him. He said he’s here to put a brace at the bottom of the railing. I said it’s sturdy now, I fixed it. He said I’ll just put a brace here at the bottom, it’ll take just 5 mins. I said there’s no need, it’s fixed and moms happy with it. He said I’m not gonna charge anything, I don’t know what your problem is? I’m like wow?! I said we don’t need anymore work done to it, it’s done. Then proceeded to argue with me. He said I don’t even know who the f.. you are? I got a call from Jolynn to come fix it. Which was not true. I said how are you going to talk to a customer like that? He said your not my customer Jolynn is. I said I live here, she does not!! I said you charged her $100 for this and it’s still wobbly. I could’ve done it better myself. He said then why didn’t you? He said why didn’t you call me not to come over? I said I didn’t know about you at all. You just showed up here this morning. He told me that he was going to call my sister and come back to do the job.!? I said no you’re not!! I live here, do not come back here again! He was arguing with me all the way to his car. He’s very rude, swearing at me, unprofessional, very confrontational, persistent etc. When I first told him I don’t need any work done & I was happy the way it was, he should have been professional and said ok, thankyou and left. I would never recommend him for anything. Very bad customer service. No clue how he has a business.

Evan was very attentive to my needs; he leaned in heavily on what I needed as opposed to just trying to sell me on a solution my business didn’t need (I had a bad experience with a large company before hiring Evan). He’s extremely knowledgeable able current trends and advertising platforms, and helped put me and my business on the right path. I’d hire him in a second if you are looking for consultation!

Wonderful! My bathroom sparkles again. Evan was prompt, had a strong attention to detail and was extremely through. I will be using Ogota solutions again.
