Couldn't be happier! Mike fixed my original issue in a timely manner. He -ALSO- corrected an issue w/ an overloaded circuit that I'd made an offhand comment about. I thought it was going to be far more costly than it was. Mike not only fixed both issues with 1 service call, he thoroughly explained what the problem was and how he planned to address it. He was prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Trust me, you'll want to take Mike out for Coffee after, he has a magnetic personality and is genuinely helpful. His office manager Kelly is also fantastic and beyond accommodating. I'd rate 6 stars if I could.

The entire team at OHara was *great.* Kelly was on top of all the office coordination and very easy to communicate with. Mike was very efficient and stayed late to make sure the job was done. They were willing to work with me and were familiar with the newer (and less popular) technology I was asked to be installed. Not only fantastic service all around, but their quote came in significantly less than a competitor. I will *definitely* be calling OHara for any future electric work and would not hesitate to recommend them.

The job came out incredibly clean, I now am able to charge my car with 240 volts as well as have an extra outlet out back. He made sure to install GFIs when he could and make it so that they plugs were covered from the elements. When Mike and Jim were drilling up from the basement, they accidentally made a hole in the floor, they patched it up so that you would not even know it was there. When they security light was not turning off, they came back as soon as possible to get it fixed for me. I cannot recommend Mike enough. His price was highly competitive compared with others in the area. In general, he's a great guy, incredibly professional, and stands by his work.

They contacted me the same morning that I requested an estimate, came out to inspect the job the same day, and had a quote sent to me within 48 hours. They arrived exactly when they said they would and were in contact with me the entire time to describe what was happening, what they would be doing, why they were doing it, etc. Friendly and professional the entire time. The job would have been finished in a single day if it weren't for the weather getting in their way. Even after they were paid, they went out of their way to stick around and wait for the hot tub to be filled so that they were sure it was working before they left. O'Hara will absolutely be my first call the next time we need electrical work done.
