He talked to tech support to the company who told him what to do, he didn't seem to accept what had to be done. He told me he didn't have the tools to do it today. The tech support told me he only needed pliers, screw driver etc. to do it. I told him how can you come to the site when you don't have the tools to do it and he was supposed to do it for free to me today.

It went very well. They sent three workers and they arrived on time and finished the job when we said we had to leave the house. We highly recommend them and would not hesitate to hire them again!

Omar and his staff were hard workers, always polite and giving suggestions where helpful. This was a big project that took 2 days to complete. They had to build a sturdy stand to house 8 batteries weighing 100 lbs each. Each member of his staff knows his job and does it well.

I called in the am, and a tech was out that afternoon. Unfortunately after spending time troubleshooting, the lights were still not working. The owner, Omar, was then going to come out to work on it. Due to a mis-communication, I had the wrong day for the return visit. Omar came out and within a few hours was able to determine and repair the issue. Both people that came out were very professional and explained everything they were doing all along. Personally I thought the price was a little on the high side, but everyone I talked to after thought it was a good price. so my B on price would be a A for most others. The only negative I had was the online Angie coupon was not accepted. Said it was for larger, more expensive jobs. it should be labeled as so. Other than that, I would highly recommend them and would have no problem using them again in the future.

I needed an electrician to install a 240 volt outlet quickly for an electric dryer coming on Monday. And didn’t know who to use, so went on Angie's List and found Ohms Electrical Services, who responded back within a few hours of calling and was able to come the next day. Lloyd was the electrician, who came and did a great job. He knows his stuff and if very personable and professional. He also saw work a past electrician had done that was not to code and explained why and that is was a safety issue, so will be having him back soon to fix that as well as other projects. Definitely, would recommend and very reasonable price.

I called early am and owner called me back within 30 minutes. Within one hour I had one of his employees Daryell showed up very professional and began to assess what caused the humming. During the process he was able to find a safety wiring issue that he and owner recommended I take care off . They were very thorough and were able to repair my problem s. Very knowledgeable , professional and patient by explaining what is being done. I highly recommend them .

Excellent work. Neat and careful. Friendly. But never finished job after being paid. Was supposed to label breaker switches. Cancelled or did not show after repeated promises. Very disappointed. Maybe overworked.

Your panelboard was professionally labeled 11/21/2017 between the hours of 7, and 8am. I apologize for the delays, just was simply overworked like you said. It happens, and am not a robot. FYI, I will never take your or anyone's money and go MIA. When I was a child, I was the only kid a blind man ask to count his cash in my neighborhood. Today I charge thousands of credit cards, from all over the states. not one penny is missing, or short change. Very dissapointed in reading your review. I was hoping you would come back and clear up your statement."

Not well as it should have, either with their organization or with the installations. Poor communications within their company meant they sent a crew here for a few hours not knowing what to do or equipped to do it. Had to reschedule for another date. Maybe they are fine with new fixtures in new homes, but we have an older house (1900) and wanted to install older fixtures to match. A few of these fixtures needed some basic, easy to obtain parts. One of the electricians in the crew knew what he was doing, but another was clearly uncomfortable with the older fixtures and ultimately unable to install two of them. They did honor their price quote, and show up on the date(s) they said, albeit a little late, and most of their work was OK. But communications with the company and some of the work did not inspire confidence.

Estimator came 1hr late due to other calls lasting longer than expected, no issue for me. The electrician was delayed because he went to the wrong address, but that's not unusual for my address (google gets it wrong). The electrician had no issues removing the wire. Worked quickly and well. Removed the wire as needed.

I am very pleased with the work. The new light fixtures look great and the process of having them installed was painless. Ohms was always responsive and friendly. But more importantly, they did the job correctly and quickly. I hope to them again for a much bigger project.

I remember that he was very engaging, he taught me a little bit about basic electrical. He was very good and efficient. He showed me what kind of tape they used to tape it up and the right kind of tape that he used. He showed me how the circuit breakers and all this stuff really worked. I said, ?I know how to do that!? He said, ?no, this is what you do to attach this and that and the other". I mean he was very informative. He worked more like a professor than he was an electrician.
