"Hello [Member Name Removed], We apologize on the issues that you have brought up. When we spoke you sounded happy with the work. But we did make sure to come back to make the small issues right with you. Including adding more sealing you wanted done in your basement then previously wanted, which we did not charge extra for. Also made sure we came back to clean up the paint on baseboards. We do our best to cover all surroundings areas the best we can to prevent this, and also do our follow ups with our customers to make sure everything is as expected by customer. We do appreciate the honest feedback as this will help us continue to do and become better."
