OKC Restoration came to my cabin to address a major water problem. A plumbing failure caused significant damage to my lake home. The company arrived within hours of my call, quickly evaluated the problem, provided a fair estimate and immediately provided support to address the water issues.

OKC Restoration did an amazing job when I had a minor oven fire that required my whole apartment to be cleaned for the smoke damage. They met up with me probably within an hour when I called them, walked me through everything during what was already a stressful time, and were great advocates and handled everything with my renters insurance and my building management, which involved quite a lot of back and forth. They did such a great job, and my place feels like home again and my place is cleaner than it has been in years.

Very well and we are very satisfied. Work was reasonably priced and performed in a very timely manner. The entire team was very professional and showed dedication to their work. I had a problem with tub drain required tub removal and remediation of water damaged bathroom floor and sub-floor. OKC Restoration team are organized and fair, with great communication throughout the process.

OKC Restoration was quick to respond arriving about 6 hours after we discovered the disaster. The crew knew how to tackle the problem; they were respectful, courteous, and helpful. When I requested extra testing for the presence of moisture or mildew, they were obliging. And at the end, the owner offered to clean and seal a small area that hinted of mildew. Their communication was professional always informing us when they would return and what they would do. Their quick action saved our home from further water damage.

I recently had my well pump blow its gasket and had a basement full of water. OKC Restoration did an outstanding job of remediation. My insurance company covered them entirely and I would like to recommend them to you if you have water damage or other disaster. They even come in the middle of the night if you need them!
