Retaining Wall - Install

I engineered a solid 2' tall stone retaining wall with a fence on top for this company in 2024. The owner contacted me in 2026 and told me the wall is failing and sent picture showing there a void in the wall and it's not solid. So, they did not follow my engineered drawings and this is causing issues. I sent certified mail and website request, no response. I called, told them of the issue, and they hung up on me.

Excellent workmanship. There was a couple delays because of the pool company not finishing there part on time and Daniel,Xenia and there son Jason were very accommodating to the changes. They seem to really enjoy there work and more important they take pride in there work. I wish there was a higher star count.
