Excellent as always. Hunter and Brandon showed up at my house right on time. They were extremely personal and professional. They went the extra mile because it turns out that our dryer was not blowing out of the house through a vent but was just blowing up to the attic. Hunter climbed up into the attic and found the issue and made some improvements and both he and Brandon made recommendations on what could be done to fix the issue completely. The dryer runs much better now. I've used them for chimney sweeping in the past and recommend their service 100%. Thank you

This was the second time we hired this company. Our 1st time was about 5 years ago. They came out today and they again did a great job. The owner's two sons came out and were polite, friendly, thorough and answered all questions. They were in and out in about 30 minutes. Chimney was cleaned and everything was inspected that I had asked. They indicated that we would eventually need a new "Chase Cover" but they were honest in saying that it still had a couple of more years and with the price to replace, they recommend waiting until we notice a problem. They explained what to look for which would trigger the need for replacement. Instead of telling me that I needed to replace it right away, they were HONEST. That speaks volumes. Will definitely use again. Thank you.

Great. I've been using this company for probably 10 years and they are NEAT, efficient, professional and nice. It's a family-owned business and spans generations, I believe. Chimneys and dryer vents need to be cleaned regularly for safety reasons (and your clothes dry so much more quickly when the dryer vent is clear!).

I had used a local business that closed as the owner retired. Seeking a replacement I used the List and reached out to OWCS. I spoke with Kevin's wife (family business), and after a very pleasant and informative conversation, scheduled Kevin for services. The only caveat was the time he was available was during a mandatory work call. Kevin arrived on time after a heads-up the day before. We were able to work out a workflow where any noise from the activity wouldn't interfere with the work I was doing. After completion and self-cleanup, my call had ended and so Kevin ran through the conditions of each item as he found them and the corresponding work/action taken. Recommendations were made for a two-year follow-up and maintenance schedule which I have already marked on my calendar. They can manage more activities than I required, and given the pleasantness of Kevin and his wife along with my experience with the service, I will certainly keep them in mind should any of those listed services on their website arise as a need in my residence.

Kevin Rogers, owner, was very professional, punctual and clean. Kevin informed us we had chimney swifts that were nesting inside our chimney. Since these birds are federally protected, we had to wait until the birds vacated before work was done. Kevin even installed a glass door for us at no charge. He left my house immaculate. Thank you for all your help. I will be sure to recommend your company to all my neighbors.

Excellent company. Impressive teamwork . Punctual and completed the work in a timely manner. Clearly explained the work they were going to do and the results of the inspection. Cost was as stated when the service was scheduled. I’m very satisfied with their work and plan to continue using their services as needed.

Excellent response. Employees cleaned & certified chimney as safe for operation. Further explained damper operations. Employees were knowledgeable and courteous. After service, cleanup was completed & area was spotless. Great service & comfort to know that your chimney is safe (well worth the cost).

Brandon and Travis showed up on time and performed the work exceptionally well. The original request was for a chimney cleaning however, upon further investigation, they discovered my dryer vent needed cleaning as well. As evident by the attached photo, luckily a fire hazard was prevented based on the proactive work from Olde World Chimney Sweep. The time spent explaining the current situation, as well as proactive measures to address in the future, was spot on and very appreciated. I'd highly recommend this company in the future!!

Excellent service, will hire again! I called them outside their business hours (or maybe during lunchtime I don't remember) and didn't leave any messages and they still called me back after finding my missed call. Originally they said that I was out of their service area (I live in South Tampa) but because I live in a condo and had other units who needed service, they made an exception and came out to my area with a small extra charge for time and gas. They were punctual and very professional, no mess, no dirt anywhere. The final cost was as agreed and I was able to pay by credit card. the price was cheaper than other providers I contacted and actually for the dryer I paid the same amount I paid 2 years ago (different company) where they didn't even go on the roof (these guys did!).

Very professional service. Arrived for service appointment on time. Kept area clean and protected and conducted cleaning in time specified. Technician was very pleasant to work with and reviewed the different functions of the fireplace. I am extremely pleased with the service and will definitely use again.

Kevin was very professional. He inspected the chimney and indicated that it did not need to be cleaned this year. There was a small crack in the liner which he repaired.

Excellent. They were prompt, professional, and got the job don in a little under 2 hours. Great communication on setting and confirming the appointment. We don't have to run the dryer 2-3 times any more so me will save $$$ on our electric bill.

Have used this company for years for our dryer vent and chimney cleanings. They are prompt and courteous and explain what they are doing. And they clean up after their done! They are reasonably priced and worth the call to this family owned business.

Came to inspect the fireplace, chimney, and cap. Repaired fireplace crack, didn't have right size cap. Called when we were out of town when cap came in....trust was already instilled and told them to go ahead and install the cap while we were gone. We were so pleased, we will only use them in the future. Happy crabbing!!!

They arrived on time prepped the area with a tarp cleaned and vacuumed make sure everything was working fine even placed a metal grid on the top chimney so no critters were getting very pleased

Excellent- fast, professional, and knowledgable crew who knew exactly what they were doing. They were very clean and tidy and left no mess or residue. They gave us some tips on chimney care which were very helpful. Absolutely recommend this company.

Very good work on the chimney cleaning, very satisfied, good competent honest people. However, they couldn't really help with the repair or replacement of our chimney cap, their capabilities for that kind of work are limited.
