At Old School Repair we operate on a simple belief: It’s easier to keep a client than it is to get a new one. We do our very best to offer repair services that are fast, correct and easy for our customers. We know if we get it right, we’re friendly, and we charge a fair price, you’ll return to us over and over again. We like that. It’s Old School. We are proud to be blue-collar workers in a white-collar age. There’s magic in fixing a practical problem and a great sense of satisfaction to fixing the things our customers rely on to get through the day. Nick came on March 31st and did a diagnostic on my double ovens, gave me a cost of what it would be, said I had to pay for the repairs before they are done(which I will never do again) . It is now May 9, I haven’t heard from them and can not get a response via phone or email. I did talk to Nick, and he no longer works there, I understand and take into consideration this whole epidemic we are all in, but I have been patient and I now I am just done.

It was as good it as could possibly be! The company website is fantastic with its interactive chat. The appointment was set up in no time - for the same day! Dan and Nick came when they said they would, they were pleasant, and the job was completed in no time.

Nick was awesome!! It had been one of those situations where I have a daughter who is sick and laundry piling up and everything was just working against us. Everybody else was going to charge us an arm and a leg and make us wait a couple of days to even come out. Nick was here within an hour that first day we called. And even after having to order parts it was fixed within 24 hours of the first phone call. On our second load of clothes something different broke (separate from what he was working on) and he came right back out the next day to fix it for us too. The pricing was extremely reasonable And significantly less than what everybody else was charging us. Nick was kind, efficient, and quick. I would highly highly highly recommend this company.

Tony with old school repair was awesome he found the problem right away. Charged us hundreds less than the other companies would have charged me. Very pleased with his honesty and knowledge. I have already set old school repair with future work I need done.

My husband forgot to inform me that the window of time was between 11:00 a.m and 1:00 p.m. I left a message for the company that was not kind. I thought he was late. Thankfully the repairman ignored it. He was so nice, professional, and knowledgeable. It turned out just to be a loose wire. I was so grateful that despite my unpleasant message this wonderful repairman did his work anyway and forgave me for being such a witch. I highly recommend this company. They are reliable, hard-working and above all professional.
