"Again I will say, It's always great to work with great clients!"
"[Member Name Removed]is a great repeat client! I always enjoy working for repeat clients, because we have already gotten to know each other and the work process is almost guaranteed to be seamless and happy. We, of course, will be happy to provide any future work for them in the future."
"[Member Name Removed] is a great client! We have done interior and exterior painting for her on two of her homes. And yes, we even hung some 8 ft. paintings up for her on some huge walls, as a favor. We will work for her anytime again in the future."
"Thank you!"
"Thank you!"
"Thank you [Member Name Removed]!"
"Not sure why a, "c" on this review. Clients were very happy with our work!"
"Great client, and [Member Name Removed] helped us a lot out while we were there, with any questions we may have had, during the job."
"Please disregard this review. We never worked for this client and are contacting Angie's List about the error."
"[member's name removed] was a great client with a simple job, except she that had some unfortunate, previous experiences. We are often called in after other contractors/painters have messed up, a previous client's job. We were very happy to help her out!"
"This was a job that included 2 doors where the paint was literally peeling right off of them, in sheets, because the previous painters just painted them without sanding them down first, or even priming them. Needless to say, we sanded, and primed them thoroughly first, before painting them!"
"This was work in a Pet Medical Center, where we had to repair plaster damage and paint around dog kennels, computers and X-ray machines - and after hours, at night. We developed a specific strategy with the owners of when and where to paint, and all went well."
"We love working in the older homes in Hancock Park and got right out to meet this member. There were a lot of detailed areas to work around, but we taped and protected everything thoroughly. A beautiful house to work on. We are also doing all of their exterior work, as well."
"Thank you! The member's condo is on 3 levels, so light reflection is key on each floor, when selecting colors. I started them off in the right direction, but then they picked up the momentum and then I helped them hone in on the final choices. We used a good deal of 'deductive' reasoning, meaning we figured out what they definitely did not like, and then that helped us get it down to what they definitely did like. I wish they had more condos that we could paint for them, they were great clients!"
"Well it goes without saying (at least in my book!) that when you have great clients who treat you so well, and when they need follow up work, that it's a pleasure to do it for them. We pride ourselves on repeat work and also referrals from our one-time and repeat customers, as well. Thank you!"
"Member's popcorn ceiling job, although not too large, still involved all of the techniques and tools that we would typically employ on a popcorn removal job, of any size. And in addition to that, the walls were also previously painted, so we couldn't get any popcorn residue or plaster on any of the walls, while we removed the popcorn from the ceiling. We draped all of the walls with plastic and also protected his beautiful floors, as well. We're happy that it all went well, with no complications!"
"This was a challenging job, due to the plaster repairs and the extent of the ceiling drywall damage. But we made the repairs and skim coated the entire ceiling to a smooth, uniform finish. We're happy that the client is thrilled with the results!"
"I must say, this was the first time that we painted the inside of a paneled mobile home, so the painting challenges were different from conventional home painting. The initial challenge was to properly prime and block out the dark color of the original paneling, as they went with lighter colors, throughout. All went well, even with having to shift the cats around in the process!"
"This was a standard painting job that we just had to get in and out of quickly, so the member’s 2 children could get back into their room, asap. We used zero V.O.C. paint, so there was low to no odor and it was environmentally safe for the children."
"This was a beautiful, older home in Los Angeles and there was a lot of detail work. Again, the member was so pleasant to work with, that it made the entire crew very happy to attend to every detail while we were there!"
"My Mother actually passed away while this job was going on and I had to leave town for a few days. But our crew soldiered on, and we got everything done on time for the member, who was extremely understanding."
"Another older home that needed a lot of attention to plaster cracks. We still use standard paper tape over large cracks, instead of the newer, fiberglass mesh tape, because the, “easier to apply” mesh tape can actually show the original crack behind the mesh tape, if a tremor occurs after the job is done. Very pleasant member to work with."
"We look forward to doing the rest of the member’s work in their home, when they are ready. We have no problem completing jobs in 2 or 3 stages, depending on the member’s schedule and budget."
