They may be a little more expensive, dollars per pier, than other companies but it is worth it. They did an excellent job on restoring my foundation - - couldn't ask for better performance. I'd recommend them anytime.

Concrete Foundation Repair
Sales person promised follow-up mortar repair, but did not include on contract. After signing contract, they either never responded to calls or emails, or waited to respond after several attempts for response. Nobody followed up to see if work was done, etc. However, the crew who did the work was professional and pleasant to speak with. Jose is a good supervisor and customer contact on the job. Regardless of sales/office response, the process worked marvelously. Cracks inside virtually disappeared.

We chose them even though they had the highest bid because what they were proposing seemed to make sense. They did everything they said they would and left the yard immaculate. Very nice experience, except for the price!

The time frame and the work done was all within our agreement. I fault them for one thing. They broke the main water pipe to the house and we ended up gonig without water for almost 2 days. I would of thought, since they broke it, and they have their own plumbers, that they could of fixe this issue the same day. This mared an otherwise well done job.

I was very pleased with my experience. During the initial visit,Ron Williams explained the problem and the solution. We discussed cost and I decided that my "cost/solution "ratio would be best served with Olshan and a crew was out in a matter of days. The work went quickly and neatly. Oscar and his crew seemed to know what they were doing and thier cleanup exceeded my expectations. I have since referred a local property manager to Olshan and as far as I know she is satisfied with thier work too.

The sprinkler system was installed in January. I paid for the installation in advance. I was out of town and when I returned I discovered that the system had been installed in my absence. The rain cut off never worked properly and always flashed red. I also discovered a couple of months later that my exterior faucet no longer had any pressure and it appeared that they cut the pipe installing the lines along that side of the house. I have called repeatedly for service including leaving messages for the office manager and have yet to get a return call. The install was fine, but forget geting ANY repair service.

Olshan installed the rainwater drain system to carry roof runoff water away from the foundation. I thought they would install a new segment of guttering that would completely enclose (surround) the top of the new drain. Instead they just placed the existing downspout into the new drain leaving space around the drain opening for rainwater to get into the system or backflow to come out of the gap at the house instead of out at the end of the drain away from the house. For a $2000 job, use of about $30 worth of flexible or new connectors would have entirely solved this problem and led to a higher rating. No satisfaction followup was made.

I had a small job and Olshan was the only Company that did not have a minimum to meet. The other companies wanted to charge a minimum starting at $3500.00 or they would not do the work. Olshan came out and did a wonderful & fast job for $1200.00. You could not tell they had been at my house after they had left and all under 2 hours. Great Job!!

Olshan is very courteous + professional. The estimate provided was lower than two other landscapers + slightly higher than another. They were informative before, during and after installation. I was provided a small map of the global layout of the sprinkler system. I ran the sprinkler once to map the popups and valves. All appears to work fine. The one thing that a city official pointed out before he could finish his validation of the installation is a test report of the backflow system. I've reported this to Olshan and am confident they will perform a test + provide the report.
