The workers were nice and did all that I asked of them

Workers arrived on time and cleaned up afterwards. As .the work was being done no measurements were being taken We tried talking to lead man about this but English was not his first language. We found out that Olshan does not take measurements as they do the work. Later on we started noticing cracks in the interior sheet rock and exterior walls. Could not get any satisfaction from Olshans. We hired a structural engineer that informed us that our slab was over jacked forming a bowl affect. Olshans said they would fix but would charge us. We didn't think that fair since they caused the problem and now do not trust them to do a good job. We took them to court for damages and were awarded judgement. It has been a few years and they have yet to pay the judgement. They ignore attorney inquiries and have said they were not notified of the original court date. our attorney said it is difficult to collect from Texas. We are in Louisiana. So it looks like we will need to go to court again. So my advice is to hire a structural engineer for advice and NOT to hire Olshans for anything. Use another company if necessary.

We had Olshan do foundation work on our home. Over a period of time, we noticed cracks, door and window problems and other damages occurring in the house and on the exterior. A structural engineer came out and examined Olshan's work and damages. He said Olshan over jacked the house. Olshan refused our calls so we decided to go to court. Judgement was found in our favor. This was in February 2016. We are still waiting for payment and it is January 2018. We can not repair our home until we receive payment from Olshan's court ordered judgement. Olshan is not an honorable company.

I talked to the corporate office about this. I tried going through the BBB and it's there. I could get anything done with this. The person from the corporate office told me that I would have to pay an additional $25,000. I ended up losing the $17000 in the end with nothing fixed.
